Senior Wellness Specialist

• Lead the development and evaluation of wellness strategies and programs integrating Indigenous teachings, trauma-informed practices, and evidence-based approaches • Design, facilitate, and continuously improve wellness, creative, and peer-connection activities rooted in Indigenous cultural practices • Provide one-on-one support and regular check-ins to Claims Helpers and team members, support Elders in Sharing Circles • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Elders and Knowledge Keepers • Oversee wellness resources, documentation, and outcome reporting while modeling emotional intelligence, resilience, and wellness
Job Requirements
- 7 plus years of experience in helping or human services roles, ideally within an Indigenous community or organization
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field (social work, counselling, Indigenous studies, health promotion, organizational psychology, etc.)
- Deep personal connection to and understanding of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and ways of knowing, being, and doing, gained through lived experience
- Expertise in Indigenous-based mental health, trauma-informed care, and culturally safe wellness practices
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, or overseeing wellness programs
- Ability to advise organizational leadership on culturally responsive wellness practices
- Experience facilitating workshops, circles, group sessions, or cultural wellness events
- Commitment to cultural humility, reconciliation, and continuous learning

Role Description WSP busca un(a) Hidrogeólogo Modelador que apoye el desarrollo, implementación y mejora de modelos numéricos hidrogeológicos, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos y la adecuada integración de información para proyectos del sector minero y ambiental. - Desarrollar, actualizar y ejecutar modelos numéricos de flujo y/o transporte (p. ej., FEFLOW, MODFLOW o equivalentes). - Participar en procesos de calibración estacionaria y transiente, análisis de sensibilidad y evaluación de incertidumbre. - Procesar, interpretar e integrar información hidrogeológica, hidrológica, geológica y geotécnica. - Participar activamente en reuniones de avance, seguimiento y revisión técnica. - Contribuir en la preparación de propuestas técnicas y económicas. - Brindar lineamientos técnicos y soporte a profesionales junior. - Apoyar en la preparación de informes hidrogeológicos y de modelación numérica. - Reportar periódicamente avances, riesgos técnicos y desviaciones al supervisor directo. - Asegurar que los trabajos se desarrollen conforme a lineamientos corporativos y buenas prácticas internacionales. - Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos internos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
