Job Description

Account Coordinator – Travel

Castlemain

• Support the management and reconciliation of company credit card transactions and other corporate travel-related accounts • Review and approve expense reports through SAP Concur • Answer questions and support team members with travel expenses and SAP Concur • Order supplies for traveling team members and track supply levels • Support development of travel itineraries based on travel arrangements booked by the Travel team • Provide additional administrative and operational support as required

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative/financial coordination
  • Experience with SAP Concur
  • A high standard for quality, accuracy, and detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Competence in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, emails and presentations
  • Passion for community-centered programs with a focus on reconciliation and partnership with Indigenous communities
  • Experience working with or alongside Indigenous communities or organizations is preferred
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a Criminal Record Check as a condition of employment.
