Role Description - Own the day-to-day commercial relationships with EU/UK carrier partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and others as the network grows. - Identify opportunities for expansion with our existing portfolio of carriers. - Manage contract compliance, rate monitoring, and performance tracking across your carrier portfolio. - Handle escalations and issue resolution, operating as the bridge between carrier contacts and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales). - Identify and surface commercial and compliance risks proactively, driving resolution before issues escalate. - Participate in carrier QBRs, partner introductions, and new product scoping conversations. - Maintain accurate documentation for carrier agreements, integration requirements, and operating procedures. - Work closely with the Director and above to align priorities with broader Carrier Partnerships strategy. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in partner management, account management, or commercial partnerships — preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS. - Background in strategic relationship management, not operations — you understand how carrier networks work without having built your career inside them. - Experience with EU or UK carriers and familiarity with international logistics dynamics and cross-border compliance. - Experience working with commercial agreements and building relationships within large organizations. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently across time zones. - Clear, confident communicator with both technical and commercial stakeholders. - Proactive problem-solver who drives issues to resolution without losing the strategic thread. - Moderate technical fluency — comfortable with API documentation and able to support technical discussions when needed.
