• Play a critical role in executing a highly efficient, accelerated monthly accounting close across both revenue and general corporate accounting areas. • Prepare and record journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses for revenue as well as core balance sheet and income statement line items (e.g., accruals, prepaids, and capitalizable costs). • Collaborate across the finance team to identify opportunities to automate manual accounting tasks to compress the close cycle. • Own the revenue recognition function from end-to-end under ASC 606. Review and document complex sales contracts for revenue recognition implications, partnering closely with the Corporate Controller and Sales Operations. • Manage rigorous billing reconciliation processes, bridging the gap between our CRM (Salesforce), billing systems, and NetSuite to prevent revenue leakage and ensure data integrity. • Drive monthly SaaS metric calculations (ARR/MRR) and ensure they tightly align with recognized revenue and billing forecasts. • Partner with Revenue Operations to build and maintain a forward-looking billings forecast tied to late-stage pipeline and contract terms. • Lead audit-readiness initiatives, preparing robust audit schedules and workpapers for external auditors. • Serve as a technical point of contact for the external audit team during the annual audit and quarterly reviews.
Outbound Technical Support Representative – Part-time

• Ensure all customer issues are diagnosed and addressed promptly • Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot and mitigate data delivery issues • Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate customer issues when appropriate. • Other technical support tasks as needed
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s business, strategy, policies and culture to provide legal support for the company's clients, offerings, and strategic relationships. • Draft, review, and negotiate, a variety of contracts, including SaaS and other license agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, Business Associate agreements, vendor, client, and other innovative agreements with healthcare partners. • Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including data privacy and security. • Advise on contract interpretation, obligations, risk exposure, dispute resolution, and other legal matters in a pragmatic manner that results in actionable business advice. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the entire company to drive business growth while managing legal risk. • Assist with the completion of deal documents and diligence in connection with financing and M&A. • Consult with and manage outside counsel as needed. • Support and keep the VP of Legal informed on active negotiations and agreement developments.

• Manage all aspects of the PrivacyPro implementation projects; including the project kick off, software configuration, go live and training while maintaining project timelines. • Act as the main point of contact for customers before they go live and own all communications with the customer including weekly check in meetings via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, etc. • Manage multiple implementation projects, with various priorities and deadlines at once for different customers. • Work as a consultative partner with your customers to provide guidance on best configuration practices based on their workflows and internal processes. • Act as a liaison between the customer’s IT group and our internal Data Analysts, Product and Dev teams to facilitate the technical configuration of the software. • Maintain up to date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on track and visible to leadership. • Work closely with the product team and other internal teams to provide customer feedback which will help define future enhancements to our products
