Business Development Representative – Director

• Manage a team of 7 BDRs, providing leadership, campaign feedback, and coaching • Build, test, measure, and iterate on multi-touch outbound sequences, including: cold outreach campaign creation/review (email, phone, LinkedIn, other), warm lead follow-up, relationship-based/cross-sell campaigns, marketing-aligned campaigns, and more. • Conduct call reviews, objection-handling, and scripting workshops. • Hire, screen, and onboard new representatives, with a focus on getting them to their first booked meeting fast. • Build and actively maintain objection-handling, onboarding, scripting, and product-specific training playbooks to ensure BDRs remain current as our messaging and products evolve. • Own team performance data end-to-end, acting proactively on KPIs such as outreach completed, reply rates, meetings booked, meetings held, and opportunities/pipeline created. • Support CRM hygiene projects that impact BDR reporting accuracy • Deliver weekly forecast rollups to leadership, which identify and flag pipeline risks and blockers proactively. • Partner with sales leads, customer success, product, and marketing to understand organizational priorities and implement campaigns that support strategic objectives (new product launches, upsell campaigns, hand-off processes, top accounts, etc). • Design signal-based campaigns that utilize intent data, news/announcements, and current relationships to prioritize outreach. • Configure and oversee AI-powered BDR tools (such as Apollo, Artisan Ava, or other potential future tools). Recommend new tools as necessary.
• Manage all aspects of the PrivacyPro implementation projects; including the project kick off, software configuration, go live and training while maintaining project timelines. • Act as the main point of contact for customers before they go live and own all communications with the customer including weekly check in meetings via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, etc. • Manage multiple implementation projects, with various priorities and deadlines at once for different customers. • Work as a consultative partner with your customers to provide guidance on best configuration practices based on their workflows and internal processes. • Act as a liaison between the customer’s IT group and our internal Data Analysts, Product and Dev teams to facilitate the technical configuration of the software. • Maintain up to date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on track and visible to leadership. • Work closely with the product team and other internal teams to provide customer feedback which will help define future enhancements to our products
• Manage a pod of Implementation specialists by conducting team meetings, weekly 1:1’s for performance/professional development coaching, and acting as a point of escalation. • Oversee the execution of the pod’s projects including enterprise-level, strategic partnership projects, and report on metrics related to these projects. • Be hands-on with the implementation team, as a player-coach when you are not working with the team to get them running optimally, you’ll take on projects or tasks to help contribute to the team’s success metrics. • Responsible for pod planning which may include out-of-office coverage, approving requests, distributing workload, and maintaining a strong sense of team by facilitating team building exercises. • Establish standards of high-quality work and lead by example. • Work with the Director of Implementation to develop and launch new strategies for scaling the implementation specifically around timeline, configuration and training. • Work with the Manager of Implementation to develop the team through hiring, coaching, and continuous improvement. • Work closely with the product team and other internal teams on company-wide initiatives representing the Implementation team.
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer – CostCheck

• Play a critical role in executing a highly efficient, accelerated monthly accounting close across both revenue and general corporate accounting areas. • Prepare and record journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses for revenue as well as core balance sheet and income statement line items (e.g., accruals, prepaids, and capitalizable costs). • Collaborate across the finance team to identify opportunities to automate manual accounting tasks to compress the close cycle. • Own the revenue recognition function from end-to-end under ASC 606.
