• Keep the marketing team on track: follow up on deliverables, flag delays, push for strategic focus over reactive work • Build and maintain marketing trackers/systems • Co-develop marketing strategy and priorities • Turn marketing goals into clear plans and priorities the team can execute • Coordinate handoffs between marketing, sales, and any other relevant Dashlabs teams • Possibly assist with DASHCON (November) pre-event coordination and logistics • Potential for conversion to paid part-time or full-time role based on performance and company needs

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for marketing, product demos, etc. • Collaborate with the marketing team on storyboards, shot lists, and content calendars • Turn around edits within agreed deadlines, incorporating feedback in revision rounds

• Help in the end-to-end recruitment process • Help with onboarding • Help manage HR data • Help ensure HR information is up to date • Assist with administration and support of the HR Self-Service system • Create various HR reports including monthly company headcount reports • Provide presentation materials for reports • Update the HR calendar • Run various audits of HR information • Prepare COE draft for each request • Do other HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time

• Advise on and accelerate platform adoption across the Philippine healthcare ecosystem • Provide strategic guidance on market expansion, evaluate institutional readiness, and lead partnership initiatives • Lead strategic expansion initiatives and align platform capabilities with target institutions • Guide stakeholders through the evaluation of the platform, serving as a technical and operational advisor • Navigate institutional evaluation cycles, manage stakeholder alignment, and oversee engagement processes

• Design, build, and optimize the data infrastructure that powers reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities • Manage data synchronization across disparate database paradigms and enable stakeholders through modern BI tools • Safeguard core production databases from intensive analytical workloads and unauthorized data extraction • Write clean, maintainable, and typed code within the existing software ecosystem • Develop backend services, scripts, and internal tools leveraging TypeScript and the MERN stack

• Mainly write HTML and CSS, tailor-fit for medical documents • Provide real-time platform support on shifting schedule

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards using Looker (Looker Studio/Google Data Studio) to track KPIs and business performance • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various databases (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL) • Create compelling visual representations of complex data sets to make insights easily digestible for non-technical stakeholders • Assist in cleaning and validating data sets to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reporting • Support the team with deep-dive analyses on specific business problems as they arise • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes using tools like Google Sheets or scheduled SQL scripts

• Create Cool Content • Help brainstorm and produce eye-catching content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more. • Support in shooting and editing short-form videos and reels that match current trends. • Assist in basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools. • Design with Impact • Create visuals and layouts for social posts, stories, and in-app assets using Canva, Adobe tools, or Figma. • Make sure all designs follow Dashlabs’ brand style and tone. • Collaborate & Learn • Work with our marketing and design team to bring content ideas to life. • Join brainstorms, give and receive feedback, and grow your creative skillset. • Track & Improve • Learn how to track content performance using basic analytics. • Stay updated on what's trending—and help us keep up!
