• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards using Looker (Looker Studio/Google Data Studio) to track KPIs and business performance • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various databases (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL) • Create compelling visual representations of complex data sets to make insights easily digestible for non-technical stakeholders • Assist in cleaning and validating data sets to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reporting • Support the team with deep-dive analyses on specific business problems as they arise • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes using tools like Google Sheets or scheduled SQL scripts
Job Requirements
- SQL: Fundamental to intermediate knowledge (joins, subqueries, aggregations)
- Visualization: Hands-on experience (academic or project-based) with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
- Spreadsheets: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field
- Strong ability to 'connect the dots' and translate numbers into narratives
- Ability to explain technical findings clearly and concisely
- Must be currently enrolled in a university program that requires On-the-Job Training (OJT) or an internship for graduation
- Ability to provide a School Endorsement Letter and coordinate the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the company and the educational institution
- Willingness to render the required number of hours (e.g., 200–600 hours) as dictated by the school curriculum
