• Help in the end-to-end recruitment process • Help with onboarding • Help manage HR data • Help ensure HR information is up to date • Assist with administration and support of the HR Self-Service system, including the orientation of the system to all new team members • Create various HR reports including monthly company headcount reports and other HR demographic reports, as needed • Provide presentation materials for reports by creating tables, graphs, charts, maps, etc. to be used for the reports • Update the HR calendar, taking into account approved company-scheduled vacations and other government-declared special holidays • Run various audits of HR information and other data to help maintain the data integrity • Prepare COE draft for each request • Do other HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- University student; preferably with OJT requirement
- Interest in human resources management, HR data and analytics, or related fields
- Willing to learn about recruitment, HR data management, headcount planning, and statutory requirements
- Keen attention to detail
- Meticulous and organized, able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills

Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist II. This is a fully remote, hourly (non-exempt) role within our Managed HR Services organization, supporting multiple client companies through a fractional HR service model. Role Description The HR Principal provides human resources consulting and client service to support HR retainer and project-based engagements.
