• Monitor probationary periods, contract renewals and visa in Deel and assist accordingly in drafting employment agreements, addendums, employment declarations and documentation for employees in the EMEA region. • Maintain HR databases and ensure employee records comply with local laws and are kept up to date for the EMEA region. • Assist with employee work authorization, visa and support relocation processes where needed across the EMEA region. • Update and maintain regional Employee Handbooks as directed or required. • Assist Payroll & Benefits Manager with benefits enrollment across all EMEA new hires, including onboarding and off boarding Serbian employees in Generali health insurance and routine queries. • Responsible for tracking and maintaining vacation balances in Deel, including informing employees of expiring days, uploading correct balances, adjusting where necessary etc. • Assist in designing and implementing onboarding programs that will thrive with our remote-first culture. • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless transfer for candidates from TA phase to new hire Onboarding phase. • Organize induction schedules, prepare welcome packs and systems set up. • Responsible for setting up new hires in Deel, including generating email access, creating structured folders in G-drive, G-suite access, Brex and other necessary access and applications. • Work closely with the IT department to ensure timely delivery of country-specific IT equipment and action as the first point of contract for IT related issues and questions during the onboarding phase. • Assist with all general onboarding of employees across EMEA and help them properly navigate and integrate into the company. • In collaboration with Payroll & Benefits Manager (and future HR Generalist) manage off boarding processes and conduct exit interviews, including equipment collection and systems access termination. • Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. • Together with the EMEA HR Director and HR Generalist, assist in conducting employee surveys & analyzing results. • Assist in coordinating HR initiatives like performance reviews, training and internal communication. • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organization’s values and goals. • Initiate fun and creative ways of connecting the team in a remote-first work environment, including organizing team-building activities. • Support HR communications and employee engagement activities (wellness programs, recognition events). • Assists in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
• Navigate and support regional hiring across APAC, ensuring alignment with local market practices and compliance considerations. • Drive consistency in recruiting processes, tools, and workflows across regions. • Ensure a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding. • Partner with leadership to prioritize roles based on business impact and hiring urgency. • Collaborate with regional Finance to align hiring plans with headcount budgets and organizational priorities. • Partner with regional HR Business Partners on offer strategy, compensation and closing candidates. • Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to strengthen regional talent attraction strategies globally. • Manage and align stakeholder expectations, balancing speed, quality, and business needs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs involving multiple systems and business teams • Act as the bridge between Product/Engineering teams and Finance/Operations stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, workflows, and priorities • Translate complex business scenarios into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams, and ensure outputs meet business needs • Drive clarity across interdependent work streams including data readiness, integrations, process design, and testing • Identify and manage risks related to data, workflows, and system dependencies early in the lifecycle • Establish program structure, governance, and clear ownership across teams • Facilitate decision-making and proactively push stakeholders toward resolution when progress stalls • Partner with senior leadership to communicate status, highlight risks, and recommend paths forward • Ensure testing, validation, and go-live readiness are well-coordinated across teams with competing priorities • Manage and mentor junior PMs and Business Analysts while also directly leading critical work streams • Hold teams accountable to timelines, deliverables, and agreed-upon decisions

• Create programmatic proposals as a response to the RFPs from billups media team • Create programmatic campaigns in multiple DSP seats that billups use • Manage and optimize current programmatic campaigns • Create campaign reports • Participate in team training and meetings • Support teams to create and execute programmatic campaigns for our clients • Negotiate PMP deals with the suppliers • Optimize ongoing programmatic campaigns and make sure they are reaching the goals. Troubleshoot any issues connected with this process • Engage new and existing customers with demo calls and introduction meetings in order to inform them about existing and upcoming tech products and services • Be responsible for maintaining the level of margin and revenue as per KPI, as well as other KPIs connected with this role • Work with the Media team to maintain accurate tracking and forecasting revenue and margin growth • Perform Media and Business teams training, actively participate in team meetings and workshops • Update and maintain internal and external facing Programmatic resources as required
• Effectively service day-to-day client interactions, support managers and team in handling inquiries, and proactively contribute to client and agency business growth by delivering against strategic objectives and KPIs. • Support the Client Development function with the creation of, or access to, materials or content. • Showcases strong understanding and execution of media planning and buying end-to-end process. • Assist in managing shared file drive systems, ensuring all documents and content are appropriately saved and regularly updated. • Responsible for ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients. • Assist campaign reporting for your clients. • Ensure consistency and accuracy in work through the adoption and use of appropriate templates and guidelines. • Develop and grow your industry knowledge through meeting and event attendance, company training, conducting site visits, and engaging with billups’ communication platforms.

• Support the day-to-day management of your clients, effectively servicing them, and proactively contributing to growing client and agency business. • Assist in the media planning process, including RFP collation, grid development, DOmedia utilization, platform mapping, and creating POP reports. • Track campaign timelines, ensure timely activations, maintain accurate campaign files, and coordinate with vendors to manage artwork and approvals. • Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and media vendors while developing industry knowledge through training, meetings, and events. • Collaborate across departments, support your team with client marketing needs, and contribute to maintaining operational excellence through consistency and attention to detail.
