• Effectively service day-to-day client interactions, support managers and team in handling inquiries, and proactively contribute to client and agency business growth by delivering against strategic objectives and KPIs. • Support the Client Development function with the creation of, or access to, materials or content. • Showcases strong understanding and execution of media planning and buying end-to-end process. • Assist in managing shared file drive systems, ensuring all documents and content are appropriately saved and regularly updated. • Responsible for ensuring the timely activation of media campaigns for your clients. • Assist campaign reporting for your clients. • Ensure consistency and accuracy in work through the adoption and use of appropriate templates and guidelines. • Develop and grow your industry knowledge through meeting and event attendance, company training, conducting site visits, and engaging with billups’ communication platforms.

Job Requirements

  • A growing knowledge of the OOH media landscape, including client and supplier news and activity.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Media agency or OOH vendor experience preferred.
  • The desire and ability to learn new markets and work with local teams across multiple regions.
  • A growth mindset with the confidence to apply this within your work.
  • Some experience delivering the highest standards of client service levels.
  • Some experience at negotiating pricing and booking campaigns.
  • The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Some experience using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, email communication.
