• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs involving multiple systems and business teams • Act as the bridge between Product/Engineering teams and Finance/Operations stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, workflows, and priorities • Translate complex business scenarios into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams, and ensure outputs meet business needs • Drive clarity across interdependent work streams including data readiness, integrations, process design, and testing • Identify and manage risks related to data, workflows, and system dependencies early in the lifecycle • Establish program structure, governance, and clear ownership across teams • Facilitate decision-making and proactively push stakeholders toward resolution when progress stalls • Partner with senior leadership to communicate status, highlight risks, and recommend paths forward • Ensure testing, validation, and go-live readiness are well-coordinated across teams with competing priorities • Manage and mentor junior PMs and Business Analysts while also directly leading critical work streams • Hold teams accountable to timelines, deliverables, and agreed-upon decisions

Job Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of Program or Project Management experience
  • Experience working within Scrum/Agile environments while managing broader program delivery across business teams
  • Proven ability to lead complex implementations that span both technical systems and operational processes
  • Strong experience bridging gaps between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Experience managing dependencies across integrations, data flows, and multi-team workflows
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across competing priorities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging senior leadership
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior PMs and Business Analysts
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • CSM, PMP, or similar certification
  • Experience in large-scale system implementations or transformation programs
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing cycles, and multi-system integrations
  • Experience in media, agency or similarly complex operational environments
