• Support the day-to-day management of your clients, effectively servicing them, and proactively contributing to growing client and agency business. • Assist in the media planning process, including RFP collation, grid development, DOmedia utilization, platform mapping, and creating POP reports. • Track campaign timelines, ensure timely activations, maintain accurate campaign files, and coordinate with vendors to manage artwork and approvals. • Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and media vendors while developing industry knowledge through training, meetings, and events. • Collaborate across departments, support your team with client marketing needs, and contribute to maintaining operational excellence through consistency and attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A solid foundation of the planning process, including RFP collation, grid development, DOmedia, platform/mapping, planning tools and systems, posting instructions, and creating POP reports.
- A base knowledge of the OOH media landscape, including client and supplier news and activity.
- The desire and ability to learn new markets and work with local teams across multiple regions.
- A growth mindset with the confidence to apply this within your work.
