Senior Brand & Cross-Sector Marketing Advisor

• Working with the Brand & Cross Sector marketing team to support the prioritisation and execution of marketing plans and deliverables. • Acting as the guardian of brand & cross-sector marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and delivery of impactful assets across digital and social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, events, and paid media. • Playing an integral role in delivering marketing strategies that align with firmwide goals and Baringa’s overall vision for Clients & Marketing. • Partnering with business leads and the marketing team to align marketing efforts with business priorities, ensuring structured and impactful go-to-market strategies. • Supporting the design and launch of campaigns to strengthen Baringa’s market positioning and deliver against strategic goals, adapting campaigns for local cultural and market needs across the UK, US, Europe, and APAC. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (sector marketers, business leads, and wider Clients & Marketing colleagues) to develop compelling campaign content such as thought leadership, client stories, videos, webinars, and events. • Identifying Baringa’s unique strengths and differentiators to inform clear objectives, impactful messaging, and effective targeting of key audiences and market segments. • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimisation, taking a structured approach to ensure quality and results. Putting audience and market insight at the centre of decision-making to drive meaningful outcomes such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and increased market share. • Overseeing the day-to-day operations for cross-sector marketing, maintaining a smooth workflow, monitoring budgets, and driving timely and proactive delivery of outputs. • Analysing marketing performance, assessing success, and providing actionable recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and contribute to future planning.
• The successful delivery of one or more technology projects in line with our Plan, Build, Run and Cyber processes. • Create strong project plans and supporting documentation, ensuring these are used to support management of the project and to drive timely escalation, linking in with the Agile backlog, resourcing demands and the work distribution across projects and teams. • Work with key stakeholders to ensure your projects encompass planning for any required business change as well as any technical development. • Ensure scope is clearly defined at an appropriate level for Agile delivery, approved at initiation and managed and controlled throughout delivery. • Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions and work to communicate, manage, escalate, and mitigate them successfully throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure clear roles and responsibilities are set at project initiation across the extended project delivery and stakeholder team. • Ensure Scope, Cost and Time changes are managed within tolerance and change control is used to agree those changes beyond tolerance. • Provide regular reporting to line manager, governance forums and project teams. • Be accountable for your project’s costs, budgets and forecasts.
• Develop a complete understanding of Baringa’s technology and information systems. • Lead in the response to RFPs/audits, including supplier security due diligence and third-party audit and assurance activities. • Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats and cyber risks. • Lead a program of awareness-raising and training to deliver compliance and to foster a cyber conscious culture across the company. • Actively lead on the definition, implementation and maintenance of corporate security policies, standards and procedures. • Align organisational security strategy and infrastructure with overall business and information technology strategy. • Manage company compliance with information security, policies, standards, contractual obligations and guidance through business managers and champions providing advice, support and guidance on risk based good practice. • Lead on and produce technical security MI in support of governance and vulnerability management engagements. • Lead on client engagement for any queries and requests - during the business development process and during ongoing client engagement - regarding Baringa’s information technology security policies and processes.
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers across a range of HR queries and requests • Maintaining and updating employee records within our HR System (Workday) and electronic personnel files • Processing employee life cycle activities including leavers, contractual changes, flexible working and leave requests • Supporting the preparation of monthly HR reporting and ad-hoc report requests • Assisting with the coordination of Day 1 induction for new joiners in both the UK and internationally, including delivering HR induction sessions where required • Supporting the administration of all types of parental leave and associated employee activities • Responding in a timely manner to queries and requests via the HR mailbox, including reference requests from external parties • Providing guidance and general support on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers • Coordinating interview scheduling, liaising with candidates and maintaining accurate updates within the ATS

Cyber Security Analyst - Defensive Operations

Role Description Baringa’s TeCy Group (Technology & Cyber) is a global function supporting the firm as it enters new markets. We’re on a mission to develop great technology products and deliver great services. We’ve installed a new operating system for ourselves and rebooted what was a corporate IT department to an in-house technology company - transforming the way we work and opening the way to serve Baringa’s clients directly. We’re working on sustainability, committed to Net Zero in our supply-chain and services. We’re keeping our firm safe: protecting our data and our reputation. We are embarking upon and will be the driving force behind a new 3-Year digital strategy for the firm. We are currently looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join our Defensive Operations Section within the wider Cyber Security Team where you will play a key role in protecting the company from cyber vulnerabilities and attacks, as well as ensuring the company’s security programme keeps up with the growing business. The role reports to the Head of DefOps, contributing to the effective delivery of security processes and tooling to enable proportionate and effective application of security controls. You will be responsible for the technical configuration, maintenance, and operation of the security tooling. You will be a key member of a growing team in a dynamic company, helping to define new ways of working using modern security architectures and tools. Baringa will work with you to develop a personal training pathway and gain recognised security certifications. We are always evolving and there is a constant stream of exciting challenges and opportunities for us to work towards, together as a team. - Perform vulnerability scans, analysis, and prioritise identified weaknesses, working with the Technology Team to remediate identified issues. - Collate alerts from security tooling, perform triage, prioritise and where appropriate escalate for further action. - Act as the first point of contact for security incidents, providing timely responses, coordination, and communication throughout all stages - including liaison with any 3rd party security providers. - Perform hands-on investigations to analyse incidents, identify suspicious behaviour, gather evidence, and build on lessons learned to prevent their recurrence. - Research and implement new security technologies to better protect company information and assets. - Participate in the response to RFPs, third party audit and assurance activities. - Lead on and produce technical security MI in support of governance and vulnerability management engagements. - Provide ‘hands on’ assistance, particularly in technical control implementation or administration where needed. - Work as part of a team to communicate ideas, suggestions and solutions that achieve the firm’s long-term objectives. Qualifications - Experience in full-time Cyber/Information Security or IT operational role. - CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials or equivalent. - Experience of the Microsoft Technology Stack. - Hands-on experience with security technologies such as: Security operations, IT 2nd line support, server or network administration/configuration or application testing or development. - Growth mentality with excellent problem-solving skills, willing to assist in all areas of CyberSec and to learn new technologies & processes. - A self-motivated individual with a “can do” attitude, who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. - An excellent communicator who can help develop good InfoSec practices with an ability to interact with all levels within the company. - Experience with security tooling, i.e. MS Defender and Sentinel, vulnerability scanners, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), firewalls, web and email filtering, endpoint protection, and mobile device management (MDM). - Computer science or IT security related degree. • Design, implement and review security solutions for Azure and M365 environments. • Design, develop, maintain and assess security architecture artifacts (e.g., models, templates, standards, and procedures). • Oversee the development and implementation of security engineering best practices and standards. • Identify & implement automation opportunities, particularly across cloud provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and policy enforcement. • Coordinate and manage Cyber engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. • Manage and prioritise an engineering backlog using Agile methodologies. • Maintain accurate documentation and team processes.
