• Marketing workflow and coordination • Own and maintain visibility of the central content and design calendar, ensuring alignment across brand, sector, capability, and PR activity. • Coordinate the flow of marketing work, supporting prioritisation, sequencing, and delivery timelines. • Identify duplication, gaps, or bottlenecks in activity and proactively flag risks or resourcing challenges. • Monitoring workloads and flagging bottlenecks or resourcing needs. • Help maintain and uphold brand consistency across all marketing assets. • Support in delivery of events, newsletters and social media activation and other content where needed.
Job Requirements
- Experience in marketing coordination, content operations, or design workflow management.
- Proven track record in shaping marketing strategy and the appropriate selection of tactics to drive a business forward and increase customer engagement and sales.
- At least 5 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B environment.
- 3 years of experience in Professional Services or highly matrixed organisation is highly desirable.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Expert relationship building and network creation – internally and with external parties.
- Confident working with creative teams and agencies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Self-sufficient, self-starter.
- Proactive in pre-empting, identifying, resolving and escalating issues.
- Good team player, works collaboratively to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
