• Effectively manages multiple simultaneous requests by processing and triaging services requests coming in from Sales and Partners. • Accountable for setting up and keeping Kantata fully up-to-date based on SFDC Opportunity information. • Tactically establishes the project scope-of-work, RACI matrices, estimates, and pricing to meet exact customer specifications. • Responsible for processing RFP responses generated by the BDMs, generating Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts and obtaining legal approvals. • Maintains accurate forecast data based on SFDC sales stages and close dates and Kantata data. • Negotiates with department heads to assign personnel to opportunities ready to be resourced and delivered. • Establishes timely written communications with team members and provides regular status updates to ensure information is properly disseminated. • Maintaining internal PS tools and templates aimed to streamline the intake process
• Act as a vital cross-functional bridge, collaborating closely with Arista Sales teams to identify opportunities. • Engage directly with Customers to present service capabilities while partnering with Legal and Finance to negotiate contract terms. • Align with Product Management (PLM) on strategy and coordinate with Resource Planning for project handoff. • Manage the PS Pre-Sales process requiring sales and technical expertise to engage with Customers to create deliverables ranging from network solution presentations to proposals and contracts. • Grow and manage the PS pipeline with close interactions with Customers, Sales, Arista Professional Service Advisors, Marketing and PLM. • Perform Customer presentations of PS Solutions, conduct needs analysis and outline process flows for PS delivery options, and craft proposals, SOWs, and contracts.

• Build, deploy safely and incrementally, and operate critical production systems with focus on scalability, reliability, observability, performance and security. • Build automation to remove toil and proactively monitor, respond to, and enhance alerts with automated handling. • Create and maintain incident response runbooks, triage platform and infrastructural issues, and write postmortem documents to prevent recurring incidents. • Plan and communicate maintenance windows on production systems while engaging with 3rd party vendor support as needed. • Work with Arista's product development teams to identify infrastructural bottlenecks and design solutions to enhance developer experience and workflow efficiency. • Survey and adopt best practices around infrastructure and platform design to maintain secure, scalable and fault-tolerant systems, including studying OSS system implementations for better triage and resolution.
