Role Description This fully remote Logistics Coordinator role supports a fast-paced Operations team by managing the end-to-end order process from purchase order intake through shipment. Work Schedule: - Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm (37.5 hours) Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for verifying customs documents, to ensure compliance with UK import tax regulations. - Support/guide internal and external stakeholders with UK Import regulated shipments, ensuring an efficient journey. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate any discrepancies with customs documents, in line with both UK tax regulations and business needs. - Proactively monitor and manage future, pending and retrospective submissions via our inbox and Customs Declaration Service (CDS). - Maintain good tracking of all submissions in our Import Shared Drive. - Perform month-end reconciliation of import documentation and submissions, generating Post-Clearance Amendments (PCAs) if necessary. - Verify courier invoicing originating from imports into the UK via our invoicing (FSA) system. - Being fully conversant with procedures, POs, GLP, GMP and Company EH&S regulations pertaining to the department and the job role. - Develop/Maintain SOP’s or guides as needed to ensure efficient processes are in place. - Performing such other duties that are required from time to time.
