Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience in healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, MSP, VMS, RPO, or program management experience.
- Strong understanding of hospital staffing, contingent labor programs, and healthcare workforce operations.
- Experience working with ShiftWise, VMS platforms, or workforce management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including reporting, data analysis, and workforce metrics.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills, including executive-level reporting and client-facing presentations.
- Exceptional communication, consulting, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing large healthcare accounts, preferably within the West Coast market.
