Altium Packaging

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase market share and drive profitable growth within the independent pharmacy channel • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing independent pharmacy customers • Conduct regular customer outreach and in-person visits to understand business needs, present solutions, and reinforce value through consultative selling • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through pricing, proposal development, negotiation, and close • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, operators, buyers, and other key decision-makers across assigned accounts • Use market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform sales strategy and identify growth opportunities • Prepare forecasts, maintain accurate sales activity records, and provide regular pipeline and performance updates • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, marketing, and finance to ensure excellent customer support and successful execution • Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets while delivering year-over-year growth • Represent the company professionally and demonstrate behaviors consistent with our guiding principles

• Lead the planning and implementation of new production lines • Coordinate with project managers to ensure appropriate platforms and processes are selected for new products • Diagnose, troubleshoot, & solve production process issues • Provide support and guidance to junior process engineers • Foster a Culture in which all Company employees share common purpose & comply with applicable laws & our Guiding Principles • Consult regarding business process engineering, process measurements, change management, education and training • Identify opportunities for business process improvement • Ensure compliance to quality standards • Support development of new products and develop processes for plastic forming processes and secondary processes • Assist in the implementation of cross functions • Direct the management of outsourced projects • Incorporate a common process methodology in all re-engineering processes • Work with plant leaders and Engineering during transfer of new processes to Production • Plan and carry out experiments and provide data analysis to define new process parameters and control limits • Provide upgrades to process controls • Use statistical methods for product and process analysis • Develop resolution to routine technical problems and execute solutions within developed timelines • Participate in reviews of product designs and mold designs for assigned projects • Take responsibility for own personal and professional growth • Actively participate in internal departmental activities • Participate in project reviews and department meetings • Work independently and under minimal to no supervision • Train blow mold operators and equipment mechanics.

• Represent company’s interests by providing oversight for construction and project management requests • Lead project delivery through Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, and Operational Excellence standards • Collaborate with Project Manager on pre-construction, procurement, sequencing installation tasks, training, and commissioning • Review and develop constructability plans during investment development • Direct site activities for all construction related to the assigned project • Lead onsite contractors in sequential assignments related to their functional areas • Ensure field coordination with all vendors and site operations • Manage scheduled line downtime and avoid impact to customer requirements • Implement project plan by managing scheduled line downtime • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure ongoing plant changes are documented

• Lead the implementation and maturity progression of the Altium Performance System (APS) • Drive performance improvement through the structured deployment of APS elements • Partner with Operations leadership to identify, prioritize, and eliminate operational losses • Ensure APS tools and routines translate into measurable operational and financial performance improvements • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents and Plant Leadership to develop and execute structured loss elimination roadmaps • Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects that deliver sustainable performance gains • Build operational excellence capability across the network • Support the development and continuous improvement of APS standards, tools, and training materials • Reinforce a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement across operations

• Develop commercial strategies and find business opportunities to increase market share and expand into new markets for the company’s portfolio of plastic packaging (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and nutrition bottles, caps and labels). • Use competitive analysis and market research to drive business goals. • Daily hands-on execution of sales objectives to achieve KPIs, including sales reporting, market mapping and analytics, pipeline management, bid preparation, etc. in order to drive growth in identified markets. • Build and/or maintain a strong, sustainable relationship with strategic customers and partners by reinforcing quality, continuous innovation, and solution selling. • Comfortable in a complex sales environment • Must be able to price, manage and close business in the sales pipeline. • Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at multiple levels within major clients. • Develop annual sales forecast and provide quarterly updates. • Meet annual sales and profitability goals, while delivering robust year over year growth. • Work effectively across the organization to ensure that customers’ expectations are met. • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with our guiding principles. • Provide effective counsel to solve short term problems • Provide input to help define scope and investment requirements for larger capital projects • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of toolbox elements to decrease demand on human and capital resources • Execute Altium Packaging strategies and specific activities to positively impact safety culture while employing improvements to reduce risk and safety issues • Provide counsel on all knowledge areas through above stated standards and/or direct support • Responsible for assigned projects and day-to-day support of plant utility and infrastructure systems across entire network of Altium Packaging Plants • Provide technical support to Plant Operations and Capital Project Managers regarding plant utility and infrastructure systems • Lead the discovery effort to develop written goals and objectives that resolve the needs • Develop and execute capital projects that accomplish stated goals and objectives within the plant infrastructure and utility disciplines • Assess and improve current tools within the Plant Engineering toolbox to provide world class support • Develop, rollout, and maintain suitable Technical Standards as they apply to Altium Packaging’s utility and infrastructure systems • Lead upwards to drive alignment and support throughout Altium Packaging’s organization

• Enable growth, retain business, and eliminate defect losses by preventing and resolving technical challenges from Altium Packaging manufacturing through customers’ production lines and outbound supply chains • Apply technical expertise to ensure Altium Packaging products are suited to handling, filling, capping, labeling, and distribution rigors • Provide value-added services: Provide Technical solutions to apply Altium Packaging’s manufactured products with customer base • Work at customer sites to prevent or resolve problems using Altium Packaging products in fill line equipment • Find ways to improve fill line operation and/or change Altium Packaging designs or products to ensure flow to customers’ outbound supply chain • Support customers’ continuous filling line performance improvements • Lead cost reduction for Altium Packaging and customers • Offer suggestions & make physical changes within our Altium Packaging plants to improve throughput or efficiencies by fixing, changing, combining lines and equipment • Work with vendors on job sites to provide oversight and improve our speed to market • Consult with product designer to ensure manufacturability and functionality of packages • Lead safety mindset within Altium Packaging and customer • Call attention to safety deficiencies wherever we find them in house or at a customer location • Ensure safety in all work • Create customer loyalty: Listen carefully, respond quickly, promote Altium Packaging within the customer plants, be honest about the issues they encounter and address each one responsibly • Troubleshoot customer problems unrelated to Altium Packaging products and offer solutions that may increase efficiencies, lower operational costs, and reduce “shrink” to cost and support customers’ growth • Qualify product in commercial start-ups throughout the supply chain • Perform and support Plant audits in Altium Packaging and the customers • Manage the maintenance of Altium Packaging-owned assets, including filler and capper maintenance and service • Solve capping and filling issues • Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs
