• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase market share and drive profitable growth within the independent pharmacy channel • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing independent pharmacy customers • Conduct regular customer outreach and in-person visits to understand business needs, present solutions, and reinforce value through consultative selling • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through pricing, proposal development, negotiation, and close • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, operators, buyers, and other key decision-makers across assigned accounts • Use market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform sales strategy and identify growth opportunities • Prepare forecasts, maintain accurate sales activity records, and provide regular pipeline and performance updates • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, marketing, and finance to ensure excellent customer support and successful execution • Meet or exceed annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets while delivering year-over-year growth • Represent the company professionally and demonstrate behaviors consistent with our guiding principles

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with demonstrated success closing deals
- Strong business and financial acumen, including pricing, margin, forecasting, and opportunity evaluation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) to build forecasts, analyze opportunities, and create customer presentations
- Ability to work independently as an energetic self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

Role Description Responsible for the retention, growth and overall account service strategy for a designated group of Higher Education institutions across several states in the territory.
