• Create scalable and effective Salesforce solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. • Develop and maintain the architectural strategy for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, guiding technical teams and ensuring successful delivery. • Create and maintain technical designs, architecture documentation, and system integration plans. • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed and maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform. • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends, and continuously refine solutions to adapt to changing business needs.

• Develops high-performance, reusable, and reliable Salesforce solutions, including data models, integration architecture, and automation logic • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce implementation • Work closely with project managers, clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project strategies and effective collaboration • Review developer work, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices • Provide support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments • Advise and mentor teams on technical and functional delivery, guiding best practices and solution implementation • Oversee full-lifecycle projects from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications • Design data models, integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, Platform Events, External Services) and ensure system scalability • Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for declarative and programmatic development • Evaluate and guide Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex implementations and conduct code reviews • Manage integration with external systems such as ERP, Azure/AWS, and legacy platforms • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable architecture and mentor developers, admins, and junior architects • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, ensuring solutions leverage the latest capabilities

• Design and execute detailed test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. • Own and maintain automated test suites (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. • Translate business, user, and technical requirements into comprehensive test cases, covering both positive and negative scenarios. • Identify, document, and track defects in tools like Jira or ALM; participate in root cause analysis and triage sessions. • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and operations to validate fixes, ensure traceability between test cases and requirements, and provide quality updates to stakeholders. • Validate system performance, security controls, accessibility, and governance compliance. • Contribute to refining testing procedures, automation frameworks, and QA standards. • Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning.

• Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specs • Execute both manual and automated tests using tools like Selenium, JIRA, or other automation frameworks • Identify, document, and log bugs or defects in a bug tracking system; verify fixes and ensure no regressions • Perform regression testing to confirm new changes do not break existing functionality; conduct performance and security testing • Work with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to review requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with business needs • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, data privacy, and accessibility guidelines • Provide clear, detailed test result reports to stakeholders and track QA metrics

• Design, code, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components • Build and maintain integrations with external systems (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) • Create and maintain robust data models • Develop automated tests and perform regression testing • Implement security controls and ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices • Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users

• Engineers high performance custom logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and REST/SOAP Apis to bridge Salesforce with legacy IRS systems in a FedRAMP-compliant environment • Identifying, defining, and documenting problems or situations that require attention or improvement • Locating, collecting and organizing information that enhances the understanding of a problem or situation and that facilitates effective communication of it to others • Study, examine and interpret problem or complex situations by separating into discrete components. Simplify and better understand how the components fit together and why they are arranged in particular ways • Analyze, Design and champion software solutions thru configuring existing systems and possibly writing some basic code • Construct, configure, and maintain complex Salesforce objects and processes • Create and or update documentation • Adhere to appropriate system development standards and process methodology • Develop functional, integration, regression and stress test plans • Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Write and post technical job descriptions • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Salesforce, MuleSoft, and low-code/no-code products • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements • Keep up to date with new technological trends and products

• Guide the scrum teams and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Engaged development practices and daily activity. As well as actively promote prioritization, team readiness and commitment for each sprint. • Partner with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of the product backlog across multiple initiatives. • Partner with Program and Portfolio managers to ensure delivery is consistent with roadmap expectations and broader initiatives • Communicate delivery of work product from the scrum teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness. • Adhere to existing Software Development Lifecycle and release processes, to ensure all risk, security and development requirements are met. • Facilitating and accountable for owning the Scrum ceremonies for the scrum team(s). • Play role in driving Scrum adoption across all levels in the organization.
