• Design and execute detailed test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. • Own and maintain automated test suites (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. • Translate business, user, and technical requirements into comprehensive test cases, covering both positive and negative scenarios. • Identify, document, and track defects in tools like Jira or ALM; participate in root cause analysis and triage sessions. • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and operations to validate fixes, ensure traceability between test cases and requirements, and provide quality updates to stakeholders. • Validate system performance, security controls, accessibility, and governance compliance. • Contribute to refining testing procedures, automation frameworks, and QA standards. • Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of QA experience with 3+ years on Salesforce Government Cloud; Salesforce Certified Administrator+ AI Specialist required; active Public Trust or Secret clearance required
- Expert in integration testing (Postman, SoapUI), MuleSoft middleware validation, and leading defect triage/sprint planning within Agile delivery framework.
- Salesforce Skills: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and familiarity with declarative features.
- Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and consultative approach; experience with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications: ISTQB Foundation/Advanced, Agile Tester, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Salesforce certifications are valuable.

Role Description The QA Representative monitors the sales and enrollment activities of our marketing staff to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and carrier-specific requirements, as well as adherence to approved scripts.
