• Create scalable and effective Salesforce solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. • Develop and maintain the architectural strategy for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, guiding technical teams and ensuring successful delivery. • Create and maintain technical designs, architecture documentation, and system integration plans. • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed and maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform. • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends, and continuously refine solutions to adapt to changing business needs.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
- 10+ years of software engineering; 5+ years as a TA on Salesforce;
- Salesforce Certified System Architect+ Platform Developer II required;
- FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 expertise essential
- Architects CI/CD pipelines, implements PIV/CAC identity management,
- engineers LDV strategies for millions of records, and builds RAG pipelines for Agentforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
