Senior Technical Architect, Salesforce

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications • Design data models, integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, Platform Events, External Services) and ensure system scalability • Establish governance, coding standards, and best practices for declarative and programmatic development • Evaluate and guide Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex implementations and conduct code reviews • Manage integration with external systems such as ERP, Azure/AWS, and legacy platforms • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable architecture and mentor developers, admins, and junior architects • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, ensuring solutions leverage the latest capabilities
