Our engineering organization consists of three collaborative teams working together to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-moving environment. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to bring operational rigor, cross-team alignment, and predictable execution to our growing engineering org. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role reporting to the Head Of Engineering. You will be the connective tissue across engineering, product, and leadership. You don't just "support" deals; you help design the winning commercial strategy. - Identity Specialization: Architect solutions for terrestrial identity, cross-device mapping, and the evolving world of 1st-party publisher data (Offline-to-Online). - Activation Leadership: Design and implement workflows for identity activation across the digital landscape, including Social/Walled Gardens and Connected TV (CTV/MVPD). - Product & Engineering Liaison: Act as a "Market Sensor," translating field requirements into actionable feedback for Product/Eng. You help prioritize the roadmap based on commercial impact and technical feasibility. - External Evangelism: Represent Adstra as a technical leader and executive sponsor in the marketplace, presenting intricate concepts to both technical and C-suite audiences. Qualifications - 7+ years of Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting experience in the Adtech/Martech ecosystem. - An organized self-starter who thrives in an Individual Contributor capacity, with a "get-it-done" attitude toward solution design and problem-solving. - Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; Masters preferred. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify the complex. Competencies - The Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to transition seamlessly from discussing API Latency and Data Schemas with an Engineer to discussing CPA and Market Share with a Brand Lead. - Sector Fluency: Deep experience navigating the unique technical and business requirements of Brands (Enterprise/Challenger), Agencies (HoldCos/Independents), and Platforms (DSPs/SSPs). - Executive Presence: Ability to form immediate rapport with senior stakeholders and present a "convincing point-of-view" that shifts their technical direction. - Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of the big data and cloud landscape. Experience with SQL, understanding of data schemas, file formats, data pipeline and transfer protocols are all required to validate complex POCs and data workflows. - Visionary Thinking: A vision for the future of 1st and 3rd party identity and a passion for driving change through data-driven transformation.
