Role Description LifeHealth, LLC, a federal government contractor, is seeking Registered Nurses to provide telephonic Nurse Advice Line services to Soldiers, Veterans, Wounded Warriors, and their families, who are TRICARE members. The TRICARE Global Nurse Advice Line (GNAL) is a 24x7/365 (primarily inbound telephonic) service. TRICARE beneficiaries located in both the continental US (CONUS) as well as overseas (OCONUS) will call the service to discuss symptoms and other health concerns with Registered Nurses (RNs). Helping beneficiaries make more informed choices about how and when to access health care services is one of the government's objectives with this service. Role Description We are looking for full-time Nurse Practitioners with prior experience managing patients with heart failure. You will manage a cohort of patients with a diagnosis of heart failure and leverage our technology and first in class medication optimization algorithms to help patients with heart failure and other chronic conditions (such as hypertension and diabetes) live a healthier life and reduce hospital admissions.
