Role Description The Senior Actuarial Analyst will support the Actuarial Finance function for HarmonyCares, with primary responsibility for driving the accurate and timely recognition of Value-Based Care (VBC) Performance, understanding performance and trend drivers, and translating complex analytics into clear financial and operational insight. Role Description The Scheduling Analyst is a key role within the HarmonyCares Medical Group. The Scheduling Analyst works with market leaders and Lead Scheduler to develop strategy and action plans to optimize patient engagement. Evaluates and implements scheduling policies and protocols to ensure effective and efficient workflows. The scheduling analyst collaborates with medical assistants, patient care coordinators, providers, patients, and other supportive functions within the HarmonyCares Medical Group to prioritize patient visits, adhere to provider contact hours, and overall management of census.
