Key Responsibilities - Own and manage a defined area of the ComputerEase platform, serving as the subject matter expert for its capabilities, integrations, and technical dependencies. - Translate technical requirements into clear, well-structured user stories, interface specs, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Partner with engineering leads, architecture teams, and third-party vendors to support platform integration design and delivery. - Document and maintain API specifications, data flows, and integration workflows across the platform. - Collaborate with workflow product managers to ensure platform capabilities align with broader product roadmap priorities. - Triage and prioritize platform issues, working cross-functionally with QA and engineering to drive resolution. - Support the evaluation and onboarding of third-party integrations and offshore development partners. Qualifications - 3–7 years of experience in a technical role such as business systems analyst, solutions consultant, technical analyst, implementation consultant, software engineer, or QA lead. - Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication protocols. - Comfortable reading and interpreting technical designs, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications. - Proven ability to write clear requirements documentation, user stories, and interface specs. - Excellent written communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with ERP, construction, or accounting software platforms. - Familiarity with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting or analysis. - Exposure to agile or scrum delivery methodologies. - Prior experience working with or coordinating offshore development teams. - Demonstrated curiosity about product management and a desire to grow into a PM role. Role Description The GIS Specialist provides professional Geographic Information Systems (GIS) support through the development, maintenance, and analysis of geospatial data, maps, databases, and cartographic products. The GIS Specialist assists with enterprise geodatabase management, GIS data processing, quality assurance, and ArcGIS Online administration while supporting a variety of engineering, environmental, natural resource, and infrastructure projects.
