• Develop clear, differentiated messaging across SEI’s investment solutions (ETFs, SMAs/direct indexing, model portfolios, and alternatives), articulating value relative to competitors and portfolio use cases. • Independently create advisor-facing materials including presentations, product briefs, sales tools, and thought leadership to support commercialization efforts. • Equip sales teams with practical, actionable messaging through training, materials, and ongoing support to improve client engagement and conversion. • Partner directly with sales teams in the field; participate in client meetings, platform discussions, and due diligence presentations to help advance and close opportunities. • Support product launches and ongoing campaigns by delivering clear messaging, use cases, and client-ready content. • Maintain a strong understanding of advisor channels, platforms, and competitor offerings to inform positioning and strategy.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in asset management, product strategy, product specialist, or sales-oriented roles
- Proven ability to operate independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal direction
- Strong commercial orientation with experience supporting or participating in sales outcomes
- Deep understanding of investment vehicles, including ETFs, SMAs/direct indexing, model portfolios, and alternative structures
- Demonstrated experience creating client-facing materials (e.g., presentations, briefs, commentary)
- Ability to clearly communicate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and Investment teams
- BA/BS required; CFA or similar designation preferred
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30–50%)
- Licensing FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 preferred, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe

Role Description Our Professional Learning team is looking for highly motivated current or former Literacy/ELA teachers, instructional coaches or leaders to join our team in a part-time year-round capacity. As the PL Specialist - Literacy/ELA you will facilitate professional learning for K-12 educators utilizing Carnegie Learning Literacy/ELA resources on an as-needed basis year-round. A Carnegie Learning PL Specialist is a Carnegie Learning product ambassador, promotes implementation fidelity, and increases teacher effectiveness in each of the schools/districts they support. As a member of the Professional Learning team, the PL Specialist, Literacy/ELA reports to the Senior Manager of School Partnerships in their primary region and works collaboratively with many of our teams, including the internal Professional Learning Team, Regional Directors of Professional Learning, and Managers of School Partnerships to support professional learning objectives. PL Specialists may also support additional teams, including PL Design, Product, Sales, and Tutoring Services on content, design and PL support. PL Specialists must successfully complete a suite of certification requirements, as prescribed by Carnegie Learning experts, including shadowing and co-facilitating professional learning activities with our experts.
