Role Description You'll bring customer insight into the product cycle from start to finish: clarifying needs, defining practical requirements, and validating new features through real inspection workflows. You'll ensure Engineering has clear inputs, Support has accurate context, and every release reflects how the product actually works in the field. Your documentation, testing, and judgment will help the team ship confidently and consistently. - Summarize customer needs and workflow gaps into structured insights - Translate those insights into clear, engineering-ready requirements - Test mobile and web features through end-to-end inspection workflows - Document decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and expected product behavior - Reproduce reported issues, identify root causes, and verify fixes - Coordinate release readiness across Engineering, Support, and Marketing - Write accurate release notes grounded in real product usage - Identify recurring patterns and recommend practical product improvements Qualifications - 2+ years in product, operations, QA, implementation, or SaaS roles - Experience turning messy feedback into clear, actionable requirements - Strong written and spoken English communication - Ability to understand complex workflows and simplify them quickly - Confidence testing mobile and web experiences thoroughly - A proactive approach to documentation and closing clarity gaps - Ability to work independently within a lean, senior team - Practical experience using AI tools to work faster without sacrificing quality Requirements - Experience with SaaS, PropTech, or real estate workflows (Bonus Points) - Familiarity with mobile app testing and multi-step processes (Bonus Points) - Experience writing acceptance criteria or lightweight product specifications (Bonus Points) - Exposure to release notes, help documentation, or product analytics (Bonus Points) Benefits - Fully remote contractor role across the Americas - Approximately 40 hours per week, with some flexibility - Estimated compensation: around $2,000 to $4,000 USD per month, based on experience, impact, location, and hours - Paid weekly in USD. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as the lead field resource in the area of connected devices, network installations and EPR connectivity options across all Hillrom UK. - Interact at a high level in terms of technical capabilities with both end-user customers, EPR partners (Epic, Cerner etc.) and distributors. - Drive and achieve top line sales in connectivity solutions and contribute to the success of the overall business within a specific geography. - Support other regions where necessary to provide specialist connectivity support to both customers and the Hillrom Sales team. - Interact with hospitals, Primary Care Practices and our distributor network, functioning well within a team selling environment. - Focus on current PC based cardiology solutions in large projects and formulate connected strategies for future Vitals monitoring. - Lead high-level meetings or communications with IT professionals or Clinical experts to understand networking, connectivity or workflow requirements. - Serve as the IT, Connectivity and workflow expert for the Business Development and Regional Sales Managers. - Manage any allocated connectivity project post-sale, ensuring solution delivery and execution to customer satisfaction. - Work closely with the Service organization to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood. - Interact with our Connectivity Engineering Team, EPR and distributor partners to ensure improvements are realized. - Support future developments in Smart Bed and Communication technology platforms. Qualifications - Minimum of five years successful selling experience with complex selling processes and connectivity solutions. - Previous experience working with IT professionals as well as knowledge of networks and EPR data transfer. - Proven track record of sale and implementation of device integration.
