THE WORK: - You'll have the ability to lead, create, and complete responses to RFQs/SOQs/RFPs/RFIs from start to finish. - You'll have strong organizational and time management skills required to coordinate multiple proposals/tasks with overlapping deadlines (sometimes across time zones) with minimal supervision. - You'll create schedules, outlines, and writing templates for all pursuits within defined area of supervision. - You'll lead the development of proposals and work in coordination with identified technical Subject Matter Experts to gather content for use in proposals. - You'll contribute to activities or campaigns leading up to the proposal such as targeted marketing campaigns or public relations campaigns. - You'll be accountable for timely submission of compliant and compelling proposals. - You'll identify improvements in processes and departmental efficiency. - You'll conduct other duties and tasks as assigned. $75,000 - $85,000 a year Qualification HERE'S WHAT YOU'll NEED: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications or related field - or qualified relevant experience in lieu of a formal education. - 3-5 years of experience managing proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry desired).
