What You Bring To The Team: - 10+ years of experience leading a corporate legal function, preferably as a General Counsel or Deputy General Counsel within a fast-growing technology or cybersecurity organization. - Extensive experience advising a Board of Directors, managing equity administration, and leading the legal strategy for venture capital financing, M&A, or public market transition readiness. - Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity legal landscape, including threat intelligence, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks. - Proven track record of protecting intellectual property through global patent and trademark strategies. - Experience building and scaling international employment and localized compliance frameworks to support rapid geographic expansion. - Background creating automated legal operations or leveraging automation tools to handle high-velocity commercial contracts for a scaling partner network.
