• Lead the preparation and review of the Company’s quarterly and annual external reporting package • Serve as subject matter expert on complex U.S. GAAP accounting matters • Research, analyze and document technical accounting conclusions • Lead the implementation of new accounting standards and related disclosure requirements • Provide accounting guidance for acquisitions, divestitures, financings, contracts, and other non-routine transactions • Present technical accounting matters, reporting updates, and key judgments to senior leadership and external auditors

• Legacy Data Platform Support • Maintain and enhance SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading • Support SQL Server data warehouse (staging, ODS, reporting layers) • Troubleshoot data issues, job failures, and performance bottlenecks • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies • Ensure reliability of scheduled jobs via SQL Server Agent • Cloud Data Engineering (Azure + Databricks) • Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Ingest and organize data into Azure Data Lake (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) • Build scalable data transformations using Databricks (Spark SQL, PySpark) • Create curated, analytics-ready datasets for Power BI • Implement Delta Lake and support data governance (e.g., Unity Catalog) • Analyze and document existing SSIS/SQL pipelines • Translate legacy ETL processes into modern ELT patterns • Support phased migration strategy (coexistence of legacy and modern platforms) • Reduce technical debt and improve pipeline maintainability • Establish standards for data modeling, naming, and architecture • Design dimensional models (fact and dimension tables) aligned to business processes • Integrate and standardize data across multiple ERP systems • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions • Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for data and analytics • Deliver datasets that enable reporting, forecasting, and operational insights • Implement data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring processes • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems during migration • Define and enforce data quality standards and controls • Support data lineage, documentation, and transparency initiatives • Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and BI developers • Support Power BI semantic models and reporting solutions • Communicate technical solutions in business terms • Act as a bridge between IT/data teams and business functions

• Provide legal advice and counsel on commercial, operational, and compliance matters affecting a global aerospace manufacturing business. • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, supplier agreements, long-term agreements, nondisclosure agreements, terms and conditions, purchase orders, licensing agreements, service agreements, and other business-critical documents. • Lead contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and other third parties, balancing legal risk with business objectives. • Advise business stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk allocation, flow-down requirements, and other contractual obligations. • Support compliance programs related to aerospace & defense, anti-corruption, government contracting, export controls, sanctions, and other applicable regulatory requirements. • Partner with internal teams to identify legal and compliance risks and develop practical solutions. • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, training, and internal controls to support compliance and risk mitigation. • Assist with investigations, audits, claims, disputes, and other matters as needed. • Support global business initiatives, including contract lifecycle management, supplier relationships and compliance, operational improvements, and strategic projects. • Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping stakeholders appropriately informed. • Take ownership of assigned matters from intake through resolution, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and strong follow-through.
• Manages the North America (NA) Capital Budget and portfolio of capital projects. • Works with GMs at 7 sites to develop business cases for capital projects. • Serves as SME for capital business case development and approval processing. • Leads and provides project management for large capital investment projects. • Leads a diverse portfolio of strategic projects to help drive both top and bottom-line growth for the business. • Serves as the NA subject matter expert for WAVE and assists General Managers and their teams with project ideation and shop level growth strategies. • Provides training and technical assistance with WAVE as needed. • Plans and leads bi-annual offsites for the NA leadership team with sessions focused on value creation and strategic growth of the business. • Conducts complex scenario planning to proactively provide analysis, make process improvement recommends on alternative development plans. • Effectively summarizes key information such as program progress, timeline updates, risk opportunity assessments and SOPs.
