Role Description We are seeking a Senior Middleware Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise messaging, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems integration. In this senior-level role you will be the technical authority for all middleware platforms across the organisation, owning the design, deployment, performance, and reliability of messaging infrastructure that underpins our mission-critical applications. Role Description Ensure product quality and regulatory accuracy across the mortgage lifecycle. This role focuses on validating business logic, calculations, and compliance requirements, not just system behavior. Role Description We are seeking a customer-focused Solutions Analyst to support customers using our mortgage document preparation platform. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customer service and support, managing inquiries and requests through a helpdesk system, with occasional phone or video interactions. The Solutions Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting issues, identifying effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Solution delivery will frequently require effective collaboration with other support and product-oriented teams. In addition to support responsibilities, the Solutions Analyst gathers and translates customer change requests into clear, actionable technical requirements for Document Developers. This role requires strong technical aptitude to diagnose issues, interpret document logic, and understand existing configurations, which often involves the use of simple VB.NET code and SQL queries. Depending on the scope of work, the Solutions Analyst may also be responsible for migrating approved changes through development, staging, and production environments. Success in this role requires a balance of customer communication skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail. Role Description - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries regarding our Output Management software suite. - Tiered Support: Provide comprehensive Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support for software solutions running on IBM z/OS (MVS) environments at client sites. - Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical and application-level incidents reported by clients. - Patch Development: Investigate and correct incidents within relevant modules (COBOL, JCL, TSO/ISPF, etc.) to develop and deliver effective patches. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal R&D/development teams and product experts, as well as external client operations teams to ensure seamless resolution. - Quality Assurance: Define, develop, and execute non-regression test suites to ensure stability. - Delivery & Implementation: Deploy patches and provide hands-on assistance to clients during their implementation. - Technical Documentation: Author and maintain high-quality technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-base articles. - Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute to the refinement and optimization of support processes and workflows. - Modern Platform Support: Provide L1/L2 support for modern software solutions (Windows clients, Windows Servers, or Linux/Kubernetes-based environments). - Services Collaboration: Assist the Services team with document design projects using our next-generation software offerings.
