Role Description We are hiring a Microsoft BI (Fabric) Engineer to join our Report Practice. In this role, you will design and build modern analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for our clients, covering Lakehouses, Warehouses, semantic models, pipelines, notebooks, and AI-enabled experiences. This is a client-facing consulting role: you will run workshops, lead requirements gathering, and present to senior stakeholders. We are looking for someone who already works in an AI-forward way, using modern AI tools to deliver faster rather than just talking about them. Duties / Responsibilities - Design and build Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse solutions (Lakehouses, Warehouses, Pipelines, Notebooks, and semantic models) using a medallion architecture. - Develop Power BI semantic models and reports with strong DAX, performance tuning, and row-level security (RLS). - Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and Dataverse data into Fabric- or Synapse-based analytics environments. - Author SQL, Python, and PySpark code for notebook development and data transformation. - Build and maintain pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Synapse / Fabric Pipelines. - Manage source control, branching, and deployment using Git and Azure DevOps. - Run client-facing workshops, design sessions, and status calls; translate business requirements into solutions and present to senior stakeholders. - Build AI-enabled experiences on top of client data and use modern AI tools to speed up your own delivery. - Write clean documentation and conduct knowledge transfers for clients and team members. - Assist in pre-sales/marketing activities including but not limited to producing written content, short videos, webinars, discovery calls, and in-person presentations. - Stay current with Microsoft updates, new features, and best practices. Qualifications - 4+ years hands-on with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Synapse (Lakehouses, Warehouses, Pipelines, Notebooks, semantic models), including at least one solution you took to production and can speak about in detail. - Strong Power BI: DAX, semantic modeling, performance tuning, and row-level security (RLS). - Advanced SQL and Python / PySpark for notebook development. - Medallion architecture experience (Bronze / Silver / Gold). - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or Dataverse integration experience, or willingness to ramp up quickly. - Azure Data Factory / Synapse Pipelines. - Git / Azure DevOps for source control and deployment. - Client-facing consulting experience. - Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - You’ve built something real with AI and can show it. A working agent, a copilot-style assistant, or an automation that saved you or a client in real time. - Microsoft AI stack experience is a plus. If you built it with something else, bring it and be ready to walk us through how and why. - Able to discuss experience with a Microsoft Fabric solution all the way to production, the kind where you handled source control and releases, kept performance and cost in check, and handled real Microsoft Dynamics 365 data. - Current certification a plus, or the ability to obtain after joining within 90 days of employment: DP-600, DP-700. Other preferred certifications include but not limited to: PL-300, AB-900, AZ-104, AZ-305. - Domain experience in manufacturing, energy, financial services, or retail. Role Description As Clinical Intelligence Lead, you'll be the go-to expert on coding and medical policy at Hike. This role is for someone who deeply understands what diagnoses support what claims, which L-codes apply, where payers differ from Medicare, and what documentation is needed to prevent or resolve denials. Just as important, you'll turn that knowledge into clear, structured logic our systems can actually use. We're looking for someone who combines subject-matter depth with the ability to build repeatable, scalable processes. - Own the coding intelligence layer: for each HCPCS code block, define what diagnosis codes qualify, what documentation is required, and how to identify gaps. - Translate clinical knowledge into structured agent guides — precise, field-level workflow specifications, not spreadsheets. - Identify coding opportunities and documentation deficiencies across intake queues, and define the rules that fix them. - Build and maintain the medical policy library: LCD/NCD coverage, CMS Required PA List changes, payer-specific deviations (UHC, Aetna, Cigna), and evidence-based updates as policies evolve. - Partner with the Protocol Specialist and Compliance Specialist to ensure agent guides reference up-to-date coverage criteria. - Review HITL team outputs for coding accuracy, and train new specialists on coding logic. - Stay current with CMS policy changes — new codes, revised LCDs, PA list additions — and propagate them into agent guides within defined SLAs. Qualifications - 5+ years in DMEPOS coding, with deep expertise in O&P (L-codes: AFOs, KAFOs, prosthetics) and diabetic footwear (A5500 series). - Direct experience at a large DMEPOS company, O&P practice, or RCM firm. - Working knowledge of CMS LCDs (L33686, L29702), Policy Articles, and the CMS Required Prior Authorization List. - Ability to write precise, structured documentation that engineers can implement. - Experience communicating with physicians about documentation insufficiencies, and with billers about claim adjudication. - Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where you build systems, not just use them. Benefits - 1.2× your current market rate. - Competitive equity. - Full benefits. Location United States (remote OK; in-person preferred for first 90 days) Reports To Amit Bhanti, Head, Center of Excellence

• Own the semantic layer end to end — Power BI models on Databricks and Fabric, built for performance, maintainability, and trust • Define the company’s metrics: one shared definition of AR days, denial rate, net collection rate, and the rest, so every team and every client sees the same truth • Build the provider-facing reporting our clients rely on — visually engaging, intuitive, fast, and credible enough to anchor a business review • Build the internal analytics our revenue cycle teams use to run their daily operation and to measure whether our automation is actually working • Establish our first data-analyst agents — automated analysis that monitors the data continuously, surfaces trends and anomalies, and drafts the first pass of insight before anyone thinks to ask • Shape the gold layer as its primary consumer — and take ownership of transformations if that’s in your toolkit • Set the BI standards, patterns, and review practices the function scales on as we grow • Sit with users on both sides — ops teams and client-facing leaders — and work problems, not ticket queues
