Role Description This is a contract position through December 2026. Provides post-sale technical customer service to customers via phone, online chat, or text including: - Responds to a high volume of varied complexity technical inquiries (e.g., equipment or software installation/activation/troubleshooting, providing technical product specifications & information on compatibility with other products, etc.) - Providing responses to customer inquiries based on pre-determined scripts and other response guidance tools - Recommending products or services (e.g., warranties) as part of customer issue resolution ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: - Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers. - Provide technical service support of all supported products. Role Description As a Field Service Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering, supporting, and optimizing advanced Neurodiagnostic Devices and Software. You’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and train on complex systems that directly support patient care. Role Description The Junior HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the Dayforce HRIS platform across the organization. This position is responsible for day-to-day system support, data integrity, reporting, and configuration, ensuring that HR, Payroll, managers, and employees have a reliable and effective experience when interacting with Dayforce. This role partners closely with HR Services, Payroll, and HRIS leadership to resolve issues, improve system behavior, and support ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and motivated by improving how HR technology works for its users. Role Description Natus Medical Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Lead to provide technical leadership in translating business requirements into scalable system solutions. This role will lead our analytics transformation with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. It is a critical position responsible for transitioning from legacy BI platforms (including OBIEE) to a modern, Fabric-first data and analytics architecture. Role Description As part of the QARA team, responsible for Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and Post Market Clinical Follow up (PMCF) activities for the assigned Natus Neuro Medical products. Primary responsibility of this position, but not exhaustive, is to uphold compliance to various regulations in relation to Post Market Surveillance, within the Natus Neuro Management System. - Define, write and edit PMS Plans/Reports, PMCF Plans/Reports to meet global regulatory requirements for each product family. - Schedule and lead PMS, PMCF meetings for each product. - Collect essential information and documents for Post Market Clinical Follow up, review for completeness and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, associated protocols and appropriate regulations. - Facilitate communication and exchange of documents between stakeholders (e.g., internal personnel such as Clinical, Sales and Marketing, Quality Assurance and Risk Management and Regulatory Affairs). - Review the literature and interpret and summarize risks, alternate therapies and device specific benefits from literature; collect and summarize primary data to support risk assessment. - Support product development and design history files activities as per Quality Management System. - Stay up-to-date and follow all the Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers. - Participate in regulatory audits and defend PMS documentation and provide draft responses for questions from Notified Bodies. - All other duties assigned based on changing market conditions, company and business needs.
