Senior Project Manager – Architect

SNIPEBRIDGE

• Oversee all phases of multiple projects simultaneously from pre-design through construction observation • Lead technical, business, design, and administrative components of complex residential and hospitality projects • Supervise project teams and delegate tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff members • Manage client relationships with excellent listening and communication skills • Produce expert-level work in Revit for all project documentation and coordination • Create photorealistic 3D renderings and presentations using Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar platforms • Set up and export models for consultant coordination and client presentations • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and agency officials throughout project lifecycle • Ensure projects meet firm standards for design excellence and sustainability • Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems • Participate in design development and problem-solving discussions • Conduct site visits and construction observation as needed

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
  • 10+ years of professional experience in architectural project management
  • Proven track record managing multiple high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects from concept through completion
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Advanced 3D rendering skills (Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape, or similar platforms)
  • Deep technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior design staff
