• Your mission will be to ensure that Tucuvi’s Clinical AI is accurate, safe, and constantly improving. • You will work at the intersection of Product, Conversational Design, and clinical quality. • You will review, analyze, and refine AI–patient phone calls—primarily in Portuguese, but also in Spanish and English. • You will work closely with Conversational Designers to define and implement best practices. • You will monitor AI performance, report actionable insights, and help enhance the AI’s natural language processing capabilities.
• Owning the People function end to end across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Talent Development. • Leading and developing the People team, currently composed of a People and Culture Associate and supported by external partners. • Leading Talent Acquisition strategically: workforce planning connected to business capacity, sourcing management, hiring process execution, employer branding, candidate experience, and compensation design. • Running People Operations: multi-country payroll coordination (Spain, Portugal, UK, US), contracts and legal compliance, onboarding, offboarding, regulatory obligations, HRIS and tooling, supplier management, remote infrastructure, Tucudays logistics, and process building. • Building and maintaining a People intelligence dashboard covering both operational metrics and organizational health indicator, reviewed regularly with trend data and industry benchmarks.
• Team leadership: 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, underperformance management, feedback culture • Technical architecture: Centralise decisions on architecture, scalability, frameworks, and tooling • AI-native engineering: Drive adoption of AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code specifically); stay at the edge of AI-assisted engineering • Engineering standards: CI/CD, code quality, regulatory compliance • QA ownership: Embed QA into the engineering culture, bring in new methodologies, align with medical device regulatory requirements • Hands-on contribution: Write and review code, work through technical problems directly with engineers • Solutions Engineering support: Step into client meetings, technical deep dives, customer integrations when needed • Cross-functional representation: Be engineering's voice at the management table, Shape-up betting table, and externally with customers/investors.

• Your mission will be to ensure that Tucuvi’s clinical outcomes, safety principles, and governance model remain clear, consistent, and trusted as the company scales. • You will work at the intersection of clinical strategy, customer success, sales, and external thought leadership, ensuring that Tucuvi’s deployments consistently demonstrate credible, measurable clinical impact. • This role combines three key dimensions: Outcomes ownership across all clients, External clinical credibility and thought leadership, Clinical authority in complex commercial discussions. • You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and leadership, helping translate clinical outcomes and governance into adoption, renewals, and long-term partnerships with health systems.
• Own the day-to-day operation and continuous maintenance of Tucuvi's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR). • Ensure our system is not only maintained but continuously improved as our product and organization evolve. • Document every process, control changes, and ensure all requirements are met. • Immerse in Tucuvi's QMS, its structure, documentation, current processes, and the regulatory framework. • Independently own key QMS processes: drafting and updating SOPs, coordinating supplier evaluations, and supporting internal audits. • Lead QMS-related activities end-to-end: from audit preparation and software validation reporting to deployment control and HR registry management. • Propose process improvements and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our quality culture across the company.
• As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our BDR, taking full ownership of opportunities from early discovery through award and close, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success team. • You will grow your territory by building strong relationships with Regional Health Departments and Health Services, leading complex opportunities that often culminate in public tenders. • In this role, you will set strategy, coordinate proposals, and engage a wide range of institutional stakeholders, from technical and clinical teams to economic and procurement leaders, always with a clear, compliant, and value-driven approach. • Over time, you will become a trusted partner for public institutions, translating Tucuvi’s regulated, clinical-grade solutions into measurable improvements in patient care while accelerating pipeline, speed, and wins across your territory.
• Support the implementation of pharma partnerships, ensuring hospital contracting, coordination, and pre–go-live execution run smoothly and efficiently • Play a key role in aligning the objectives of pharma partners and healthcare organizations, working across clinical, IT, procurement, and legal stakeholders to unblock complexity and move programs forward • Ensure a clean and structured handover to Customer Success, setting the foundations for long-term success • Manage implementations end-to-end up to contract signature and go-live readiness • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, CS…) to ensure all prerequisites are met • Actively contribute to improving internal implementation processes and playbooks
