Robotic Program Director
KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC
• Take full responsibility for the performance and outcomes of robotic cleaning solutions after deployment, ensuring sustained operational success. • Reinforce and uphold the expected behaviors and standards established during deployment, maintaining consistency across all sites. • Analyze operational data to identify performance trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement, using insights to guide program enhancements. • Lead targeted initiatives to reduce robotic downtime, improve reliability, and optimize cleaning efficiency. • Manage and develop a team aligned by region, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance in support of robotic cleaning programs. • Work closely with Operations to identify and address program gaps, assess impacts, and implement retraining as needed to ensure continuous improvement. • Partner with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to support accounts where robots are deployed, ensuring client satisfaction and program success.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in robotics program management, operations, or process improvement, with a focus on post-deployment performance and team leadership.
- Proven experience assuming full ownership of robotic performance after deployment, including ongoing monitoring and optimization of results.
- Demonstrated ability to reinforce and uphold expected operational behaviors and standards set during deployment, ensuring consistency and compliance across multiple sites.
- Extensive background in analyzing operational data, identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and implementing corrective actions to improve robotic cleaning outcomes.
- Track record of driving initiatives to reduce robotic downtime, enhance reliability, and maximize equipment utilization.
- Experience leading and developing regionally aligned teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Strong history of working with Operations teams to identify program gaps, assess impacts, and coordinate retraining efforts for continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to partner with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to support accounts where robots are deployed, ensuring client satisfaction and program success.
- Experience with post-deployment performance analysis, including the use of KPIs and metrics to measure success and guide program enhancements.
- Background in developing and implementing retraining programs based on operational feedback and performance data.
- Ability to communicate complex operational findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Role Description Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to provide leadership and contract management support across multiple installations and contracts that are primarily supporting logistics, transportation, and warehouse services. It is preferred that this Program Manager will work out of our Huntsville, AL office but remote work is a possibility for the highly qualified candidate. - Provide overall program leadership and day-to-day oversight for multiple non-technical service contracts supporting logistics, transportation, warehouse, and repair operations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Government CORs/ACORs, ensuring contract compliance, responsiveness, and professional engagement. - Lead and manage supervisory staff and frontline employees, enforcing standards of conduct, performance expectations, and accountability. - Identify performance, behavioral, or compliance issues and initiate corrective actions in coordination with HR and Operations leadership. - Oversee workforce planning, staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted mission support. - Manage subcontractor and vendor coordination, where applicable, to support repair, transportation, and logistics requirements. - Monitor contract deliverables, reporting requirements, and metrics to ensure timeliness and quality. - Proactively identify operational risks, team dynamic issues, and mission impacts; implement mitigation strategies. - Support budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking in coordination with Finance and Operations. - Assist with business development activities, including proposal writing, technical narratives, staffing approaches, and past performance content. - Support transition-in/transition-out activities and continuous process improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with Bowhead policies, labor agreements, safety requirements, and Government regulations. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum; however, additional years of experience and certifications may be substituted for a highly qualified candidate. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience managing logistics, transportation, warehouse, or repair support services in a Government or industrial environment is required. - Demonstrated experience managing SCA-covered and unionized workforces, including compliance with CBAs and labor standards. - Proven ability to lead teams, address employee conduct issues, and execute corrective action when required. - Experience supporting multiple contracts or sites simultaneously with competing priorities. - Strong knowledge of Government contracting environments, including COR engagement and performance management. - Experience contributing to business development activities, including proposal writing and operational planning. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with Government leadership. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and standard contract reporting tools. - Ability to pass background checks and meet site access requirements at supported locations. Requirements - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. - Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time. - Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically. - Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
