Associate Program Manager

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ClinCard and eClinicalGPS client projects, including scope entry, adoption support, and general support of studies with Program Management • Under guidance of Senior Operations Management: assist in management of day-to-day activities of ClinCard and eClinicalGPS Programs, including, assisting Program Managers with implementation activities, maintenance of project compliance documentation and supporting duties, as applicable • Support the Business Development Team with deliverables for new SOWs and existing clients • Partner with Program Manager with to complete RFP proposals and draft documentation for bid defenses • Demonstrate knowledge and utilization of Project Management tool, including Project creation, data accuracy, reports and planning • Documentation and process updates for new products/enhancements for Client Delivery • Partner with Program Manager with the planning and execution of Enterprise Implementation activities • Demonstrate flawless execution of best practices in implementation and relationship management • Coordinate internal and external/vendor resources, as applicable • Perform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Relevant experience and/or training
  • Strong organizational experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project and/or implementation support experience preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
