• Interact directly with our Federal customer and set priorities on a weekly basis, advising them on best practices and supporting governance initiatives across the organization. • Responsible for achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction. • Provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment. • Apply principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements. • Assist other senior consultants with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or business field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, data architecture, governance, IT strategy, and/or enterprise architecture
- Experience with managing EA Repositories (preferably Alfabet), architecture modeling tools, and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or DoDAF
- Experience designing and architecting federal government systems, including systems integrations
- Experience managing stakeholder communications and relationships via industry standard artifacts
- Experience in cloud (preferably AWS) architecture and planning
- Proven leadership skills and experience guiding and mentoring team members
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- US Citizenship
- Recently completed federal government investigation (< 2 years) at a public trust or higher level

FMA is seeking an IT Systems Engineer as the dedicated technical resource who designs, builds, deploys, operates and maintains these AI, BI, and automation solutions across the organization. This is a hands-on lead role: you will take prioritized ideas from the CI pipeline and turn them into secure, production-grade solutions running primarily in Microsoft Azure.
