The Human Resources Manager for Colombia is responsible for supporting Porch's Colombia-based workforce — engaged through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner — through day-to-day people operations, acting as the bridge between corporate HR and our local team members. - Coordinate with our EOR vendor on employment compliance, payroll, onboarding, supporting employee engagement and employee relations. - Facilitate training and development. - Ensure local practices align with Porch's culture, values, and corporate HR strategy. This position reports to the Head of Employee Experience and partners closely with Contingent Workforce Operations and HR Operations as part of the Porch People Team. This position is virtual; limited travel may be required. Qualifications - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources management. - Working knowledge of Colombian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, including the Substantive Labor Code is required. - Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). - Experience working with or alongside an Employer of Record (EOR) is a plus. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and across multiple countries and time zones. - Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Workday experience is a plus. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially across U.S. time zones. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. - Ability to work in a dynamic, virtual environment requiring self-motivation and adaptability. Requirements - Partner with our Employer of Record (EOR) vendor to support Porch's Colombia workforce across the full employee lifecycle and ensure alignment between EOR records and Workday. - Ensure Colombia HR operations align with the Corporate HR strategy through close partnership with the HRBP team, Contingent Workforce Operations, HR Operations, and other HR centers of excellence (COEs). - Serve as the primary point of contact for local employee relations issues. - Bridge management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other concerns in partnership with the HRBP team and the EOR. - Advise on Colombian labor law compliance — including the Substantive Labor Code (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) — in coordination with the EOR vendor and Legal team. - Develop and maintain HR procedures, practices, and policy guidance for Porch's Colombia workforce. - Support workplace investigations and disciplinary and termination procedures in partnership with the HRBP team, Legal, and the EOR. - Assist leaders with strategic organizational design and reorganizations. - Contribute to recruiting efforts by supporting hiring leaders and the corporate Talent Acquisition team. - Partner with the HRBP team and managers on performance management. - Support manager and employee self-service in Workday and the EOR platform; conduct training as needed. - Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and continuing education. - Support workplace health and safety compliance, leveraging EOR resources and Colombian regulatory requirements. - Act as a culture steward — promoting a positive work environment, championing Porch's values, and supporting employee engagement. - Respond to audit requests as needed. - Other job duties as assigned. Your mission is to build value through our services, convey the benefits of working with our handymen, and book an appointment for the homeowner’s project while providing a delightful experience. A crucial element to success in the role will be the desire to truly understand the needs of the homeowner by understanding their project in depth and ensuring that we are matching the homeowner with the proper professional for their project needs. This will entail learning as much as possible about various home projects. What You Will Do - Follow up on web and email leads for customer follow up. - Scope and quote handyman projects. - Speak and communicate with customers through different communication channels to assess their handyman project and book for our handyman to claim and complete. - Notate project information accurately into the database. - Provide follow-up information to customers as needed. Qualifications - 2+ years working in customer-facing roles required. - Retail, hospitality, call center or other related customer-facing experience. - Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. The CRR also establishes a relationship with contractors in covered areas, maintains relationships with contractors, and maintains follow-up with customers ensuring that we are providing quality customer service. Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative, HOA

• Enter and review data submitted by agencies into the HOAIC support systems. • Collaborate with the Licensing, Compliance and Sales teams to ensure missing information is obtained from agencies/agents. • Additional administrative duties as needed including account changes and login reset support.
• Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (identify, attract, close) for Colombia international recruitment efforts. • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates; educate them on Porch Group services, business teams, and company at large; prepare them for interviews, provide timely, regular, and thorough communications to them regarding the interview process and as well as feedback. • Drive the end-to-end interview process including partnering on the advertised job posting, interview process plan, references checks, and offer approval and negotiation. • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally. • Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects. • Successfully partnered with stakeholders across corporate functions to deliver hiring outcomes. • Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including but not limited to employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools. • Use data from our ATS to improve our various measures of talent progress, efficiency, and productivity. • Connect with team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices. • Supporting a requisition load of 10 - 20 positions full life cycle at any given time.
• Independently lead the design, execution, and governance of core compensation programs including base salary structures, annual incentive plans, and long-term equity-based compensation, ensuring alignment with business strategy, pay-for-performance principles, and shareholder interests. • Serve as a key contributor to Compensation Committee support, including preparation of materials, analyses, and executive summaries related to executive and broad-based compensation programs. • Support proxy statement (CD&A) development, including drafting inputs, quantitative disclosures, and pay-for-performance analyses in partnership with Legal, Finance, and external advisors. • Own and maintain job architecture and leveling frameworks consistent with Radford methodology; create and update job profiles in Workday. • Lead Porch's annual compensation survey submissions and own relationships with survey providers; serve as primary SME for the survey aggregator Payfactors. • Analyze survey data to understand market trends and maintain and recommend updates to salary structures, pay policies, and practices. • Lead annual and mid-year compensation review cycles (merit, bonus, incentive, and equity), ensuring disciplined execution, adherence to internal controls, and alignment with approved budgets. • Act as a senior compensation advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on matters related to hiring, promotions, retention actions, organizational design, and workforce planning. • Partner closely with Finance to manage compensation budgets and forecasts; own the quarterly compensation accrual process in support of accounting quarter-end activities. • Consult on sales compensation, short-term and long-term incentive plans; support annual incentive plan refresh, plan documentation, and goal setting. • Ensure compensation programs comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations including equal pay, wage and hour, pay transparency, and public-company disclosure requirements. • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive compensation initiatives, policy enhancements, and process improvements through expertise and data-driven recommendations. • Provide functional leadership and mentorship to team members; contribute to developing a positive team culture.
