• Build and scale a disciplined, sales-led enablement function across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams • Be a key driver of growth, ensuring the sales organization has the skills and tools to succeed • Own the execution of sales methodology and deal execution • Establish a data-driven sales motion that improves time-to-productivity, pipelines, and win rates • Design an instrumented revenue acceleration and enablement framework aligned to Nexthink’s GTM model • Build and operate scalable, role-based enablement programs • Operationalize manager-led coaching supported by structured tools and playbooks • Own the enablement content ecosystem, ensuring it aligns with product innovation

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across enterprise B2B SaaS sales, sales productivity, and enablement roles
  • Track Record of scalable enablement programs
  • Passion for developing people with a focus on building diverse, high-performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • High integrity, strong commercial acumen, and customer-centric mindset
  • Proven ability to diagnose performance issues using data and design targeted interventions that produce measurable impact
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and modern B2B buying dynamics
  • Deep analytical approach to define metrics, build dashboards, and use data to measure impact
