• Core Module Configuration: Configure, support, and optimize assigned processes across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger, with a strong understanding of cross-module dependencies and accounting impacts. • Usage Billing & Event Support: Support the configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud for usage-based billing flows, including order events, fulfillment and provisioning events, metering inputs, mediation and aggregation, rating, breakage, billing sync, and downstream revenue recognition triggers. • Revenue Recognition Support: Configure and maintain solutions for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios, including performance obligations, SSP allocation, deferred revenue, contract modifications, renewals, amendments, refunds, and satisfaction events, while partnering with senior team members on more complex policy or design decisions. • Subledger, GL & Reconciliation Support: Support subledger-to-GL configurations and related documentation across AR, RMCS, FAH, and Oracle GL, including journal design, summarization approaches, reconciliations, close support, and downstream posting and reporting alignment with NetSuite GL. • Boundary System Integration: Coordinate with the integrations team and help monitor data flow between Oracle Fusion and surrounding platforms including middleware, source commerce and order systems, tax engines, payment and settlement feeds, CRM and CLM, usage data platforms, and reporting or data warehouse layers. • Implementation Support: Participate in fit-gap, global design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases as the engineering resource for assigned workstreams, supporting issue follow-through, testing, and implementation readiness within a defined scope. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Enterprise Product Managers, Data Platforms, Sourcing, and corporate business teams to translate business requirements and commercial constraints into scalable technical solutions within established architectural boundaries. • Standards & Best Practices: Follow established development and coding standards for Oracle extensions and reports, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement efforts that support long-term platform maintainability and scalability. • Team Support & Knowledge Sharing: Share technical knowledge with peers, contribute to onboarding and documentation, and support a collaborative engineering culture within the ERP application engineering team. • Innovation & Lifecycle Support: Stay current on Oracle quarterly releases, evaluate relevant new features, support patch impact analysis, and identify practical opportunities to improve platform effectiveness. • Release & Regression Support: Actively participate in Oracle quarterly release reviews, analyze patch impacts, and assist in technical regression testing to help maintain platform stability and continuity. • Participate in the team's on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to root cause analysis and service reliability improvements. • Respond to and troubleshoot production issues, outages, and critical alerts during assigned on-call shifts. • Escalate incidents as needed and collaborate with team members to restore service. • Document issues and contribute to improvements that reduce recurring incidents. • Be available to provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support while on call.

• Lead IPO Readiness & Public Governance: Design, audit, and fortify global workforce practices to meet the rigorous scrutiny of the IPO process, public market investors, and underwriting requirements. Lead the proactive remediation of historical employment liabilities, establish robust corporate governance frameworks and global whistleblowing channels, and ensure immaculate compliance with SEC and public filing disclosures for international pay transparency, equity compensation, and executive plans. • Functional Maturation & Strategic Scaling: Evolve the employment law function from an advisory unit into a mature, preventative, and highly structured corporate asset. Scale regional leadership and implement scalable legal operational frameworks including automated templates, global policy playbooks, and standardized cross-border compliance trackers to support rapid business acceleration while maintaining a lean, highly efficient global legal footprint. • Executive Advisement & High-Stakes Risk Management: Serve as the principal legal sounding board to the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors on macro-level, business-critical human capital initiatives. Provide risk-insulated counsel on global cross-border expansions, executive talent management, strategic international corporate reorganizations, and reductions in force, while strategically managing high-exposure global litigation and regulatory investigations to shield enterprise valuation. • Global Labor Strategy & Worker Classification Frameworks: Establish, defend, and bulletproof the foundational employment architecture of Lime’s workforce model globally, ensuring strict alignment with platform valuation goals. Continually evaluate and fortify frameworks governing independent contractor vs. employee classification across all operating regions, and develop a proactive global labor relations strategy that anticipates regional legislative shifts and protects operational continuity. • Cross-Functional Strategic Alignment & Culture Safeguarding: Partner at the executive level with Global People Operations, Finance, Trust & Safety, and Corporate Legal to align global workforce risk with macro business objectives. • Execute technical development tasks within the SCM space • Configure and enhance NetSuite Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities to support pick, pack, ship workflows, wave planning, and serial or lot tracking solutions • Support the inventory lifecycle from manufacturing hubs to market deployment by maintaining and improving key NetSuite processes including Item Receipts, Item Fulfillment, and Landed Costs • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations connecting NetSuite to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) • Support automated data connectors with Anaplan for reliable data synchronization for demand planning • Use SuiteFlow and SuiteScript to automate inventory state transitions, item fulfillment flows, and receipt routing • Help maintain role-based access controls, data security policies, and inventory reconciliation controls • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into stable technical solutions • Follow established coding standards for NetSuite extensions and automated pipelines • Share knowledge with peers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to onboarding and documentation • Contribute to NetSuite SDF and GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines • Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to service reliability improvements.

• Own the regional fleet allocation engine: Build, maintain, and improve the models, logic, and decision frameworks used to determine fleet allocation • Develop dashboards, trackers, datasets, and recurring reports for regional teams • Quantify allocation options across demand, utilization, revenue, ROI, and constraints • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for better decisions • Provide analytical foundation for annual planning and budget forecasting • Create repeatable frameworks and decision rules for allocation decisions • Work with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and local markets • Monitor post-allocation outcomes and improve allocation frameworks • Identify weaknesses in tools and data flows to build better processes

• Lead end-to-end proposal management across RFPs, RFIs, and permits throughout the Amer-APAC region, including kickoff, timeline development, stakeholder coordination, drafting, and final submission. • Analyze procurement documents to identify key priorities, evaluation criteria, eligibility requirements, and competitive considerations, translating complex requirements into actionable proposal strategies. Partner closely with local operations, policy, finance, and other cross-functional teams across multiple countries and time zones to gather insights, align stakeholders, escalate issues, and develop high-impact offerings. • Build and improve internal proposal infrastructure, including best practices, templates, toolkits, and content libraries, to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the team. Help drive continuous improvement across the proposals function, owning long-term infrastructure projects like best practices, templates, toolkits and content libraries and identifying new ways to make the team faster, sharper, and more scalable. • Support strategic market development efforts through occasional travel to key markets for pre-tender workshops, cross-functional meetings, and/or local planning sessions.

Reporting to the Director, CEO Office, the Senior Manager will support the development and execution of Lime’s enterprise planning and operating system. This role helps ensure the company’s Long Range Plan, capital allocation decisions, and enterprise priorities are translated into clear plans and effectively tracked across the organisation.
