Job Requirements

  • Visionary leader with a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Certified in Program Management and/or Product Ownership (CPM, CSPO, PSPO, ACPMPO, or equivalent).
  • 15+ years of experience driving strategy and program management in omni-channel environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital and data-driven business value, with deep financial acumen.
  • Experience leading global teams and managing complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Master communicator, able to inspire and align senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action—innovative, collaborative, and relentlessly focused on results.
  • Champion of equity, inclusion, and diversity, with infectious enthusiasm and a growth mindset.
