• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for EECBG federal staff, including Program Managers and Project Officers; translate federal priorities into team assignments and track them to completion. • Support federal staff in the review, negotiation, and approval of state and community program applications, plan revisions, and budget modifications. • Prepare and deliver briefings, decision memos, data summaries, and presentations for federal leadership. • Manage, mentor, and allocate a team of Project Monitors and Grants Monitors across an assigned portfolio of awards. • Assign and balance workload against priority and response-time requirements; escalate resourcing gaps. • Perform final quality control review of work products before delivery to DOE. • Supervise and approve timecards. • Oversee post-award monitoring, including desktop and on-site monitoring, milestone and technical target tracking against approved Statements of Project Objectives, quarterly/semiannual performance report review, and financial report review. • Oversee review of recipient deliverables for compliance with applicable statutes, program guidance, and award terms and conditions. • Oversee award closeout, including closeout documentation, final technical and financial reports, and property dispositions. • Ensure accurate and timely entry and reporting in DOE systems. • Own program-specific content for the Monthly Status Report. • Identify performance risks, data quality issues, and recipient compliance concerns; propose and drive corrective actions.

• Provide programmatic support services to the SEP program office and senior management. • Manage existing and available data to optimize the performance of SEP programs and business functions. • Assist in evaluating and identifying relevant business data, and use a variety of computer programs to compile information so that all applicable data is stored and available for use. • Gather information used across SEP activities to help draw conclusions that assist with determining changes to procedures or improvements to business operations. • Support the evaluation, recording, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of programmatic support and control systems. • Prepare reports, information guides, spreadsheets, and other customer administrative documents and business task products. • Create presentations using visual depictions of data, graphs, and charts for federal staff and senior management. • Track program milestones, deliverables, and action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. • Provide meeting support, including agendas, materials, and minutes for SEP program meetings. • Respond to data calls and ad hoc requests for program information from SCEP and DOE leadership.

Role Description We are seeking a Coding Quality Program Manager to join our team at UnityPoint Health! This position is responsible for actively supporting and managing projects of various sizes and complexity related to Coding Quality activities. The Manager will provide high quality operational management and analysis, while partnering with key organizational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals, and objectives of each initiative. This position will require outstanding leadership skills, change management, and the ability to lead with influence. Additionally, the Coding Quality Program Manager will be responsible for the opportunities identified through various avenues. This includes scoping projects in partnership with various departmental leaders. Applicants can expect to ensure standards of practice are established and followed for various projects for the Coding Quality Department. This individual will provide support by partnering with leaders across the organization to assist in the creation of the annual and long-term strategy for Coding Quality. Finally, the Coding Quality Program Manager's responsibilities consist of designing project plans & project management for strategies with various stakeholders. The overarching goal is to provide visibility, effective communication for ongoing project plans, and ensure adherence through monitoring/reporting metrics for success. The Manager will also identify project dependencies, facilitate communication and prioritization of projects with the appropriate decision-making groups.
