• Provide programmatic support services to the SEP program office and senior management. • Manage existing and available data to optimize the performance of SEP programs and business functions. • Assist in evaluating and identifying relevant business data, and use a variety of computer programs to compile information so that all applicable data is stored and available for use. • Gather information used across SEP activities to help draw conclusions that assist with determining changes to procedures or improvements to business operations. • Support the evaluation, recording, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of programmatic support and control systems. • Prepare reports, information guides, spreadsheets, and other customer administrative documents and business task products. • Create presentations using visual depictions of data, graphs, and charts for federal staff and senior management. • Track program milestones, deliverables, and action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. • Provide meeting support, including agendas, materials, and minutes for SEP program meetings. • Respond to data calls and ad hoc requests for program information from SCEP and DOE leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in business administration, accounting, public administration, or a related discipline.
- Four (4) years of relevant education/experience may substitute for the Bachelors degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience, or nine (9) years for staff without a B.S. or B.A.
- A Masters degree may substitute for two (2) years.
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines, and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good analytical skills to effectively review information.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to use a wide range of computer programs and software.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals within SCEP.

This individual will provide support by partnering with leaders across the organization to assist in the creation of the annual and long-term strategy for Coding Quality. Finally, the Coding Quality Program Manager's responsibilities consist of designing project plans & project management for strategies with various stakeholders.
