• Support CI/CD pipelines and release automation for SaaS applications, microservices, and containerized workloads. • Support developer and release tooling such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, and related CI/CD systems. • Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot application builds across development, QA, and production environments. • Assist with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS-based deployments, environment health checks, configuration updates, and operational readiness activities. • Use Terraform to help provision and maintain cloud infrastructure in a consistent, repeatable, and reviewable way. • Write and maintain automation scripts in Groovy, Python, and Bash under guidance to reduce manual release, build, and environment-management work. • Work with development teams to understand build, deployment, and environment needs, then contribute to practical automation and process improvements. • Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and environment issues by reviewing logs, pipeline output, Linux systems, and cloud service behavior. • Support secure development and DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and compliance-related tooling integrations. • Use approved AI tools to assist with scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, log analysis, and workflow improvement while following company security, privacy, and code-review expectations. • Maintain clear communication about environment state, deployed versions, release status, availability, risks, and next steps. • Participate in on-call or operational support rotations as needed for supported services and release infrastructure.

Role Description We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer who operates as a true product partner. You'll own significant areas of our product, make architectural decisions, and influence what we build—not just how. A core pillar of this role is data and analytics: you'll own the infrastructure, models, and reporting that make Belle a genuinely KPI-driven organization. You think in terms of patient and operational outcomes, weigh tradeoffs against business impact, and can push back on a spec when the data or the user need points elsewhere. You set the technical bar for the team and raise the people around you. What You'll Do - Lead the design and delivery of major features across our Ruby on Rails web app and React Native mobile app. - Own data and analytics as a core part of the role—build and maintain the reporting, dashboards, and underlying data models the entire organization relies on to make decisions. - Partner with product and clinical leadership to shape roadmap and translate operational strategy into technical direction. - Own architecture and technical decisions for your areas; balance speed, scalability, and maintainability. - Set the standard for how the team uses AI coding tools to ship faster without sacrificing quality. - Mentor engineers through code review, pairing, and design discussion. - Identify high-leverage opportunities in product, operations, and data—and drive them. - Help shape engineering practices, standards, and culture as we scale. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software. - Deep experience with React (or React Native) and Ruby on Rails—required. - Strong command of SQL and relational databases—you can model data well, write performant queries, and reason about schema design. - A track record of owning features or products end to end, including the product thinking behind them. - Comfort operating with incomplete information, making decisions without extensive process, and building systems that may support 10x growth over the next few years. - You're an early adopter and power user of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) and can show others how to get the most out of them. - Strong product judgment: you've influenced what gets built, killed bad ideas early, and measured impact after shipping. - A builder at heart—you make things on your own time because you can't help it. - Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team standards. - Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals for completeness, constructability, and alignment with Government requirements • Support facility condition assessments by reviewing documentation, identifying deficiencies, and drafting technical narratives and recommendations • Provide architectural code and standards research (e.g., IBC, NFPA, ADA/ABA, UFC where applicable) and document findings for Government consideration • Develop and/or review design alternatives, space planning concepts, and architectural options to support Government evaluation • Draft technical inputs for Statements of Work, performance requirements, and evaluation criteria for Government review and approval • Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, security) to identify interfaces, conflicts, and integration issues • Prepare technical briefings, decision-support matrices, and executive summaries for Government stakeholders • Track technical issues and actions; support resolution workflow by documenting options, impacts, and recommended paths forward
