Role Description This position is for a Senior Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Director - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to shaping the future of pediatric mental health care by leading the development and management of our PMHNP Residency Program. - Develop and implement the complete residency program structure. - Build and codify the residency curriculum focusing on pediatric mental health. - Lead accreditation efforts in line with CAPP requirements. - Mentor and train residents during their transition to professional practice. - Design and implement evaluation systems to track resident progress. - Manage performance issues and support residents in meeting clinical standards. - Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams for program success. Job Requirements
