• Conduct comprehensive audits of infrastructure, deployment processes, incident patterns, and on-call burden • Identify foundational issues causing operational pain: fragile systems, deployment friction, poor observability, and architectural weaknesses • Establish baseline metrics for system health and operational efficiency • Prioritize improvements systematically based on impact to on-call burden and reliability • Design and implement solutions that address the root causes of incidents • Eliminate single points of failure in critical paths • Implement patterns for graceful degradation and rapid recovery • Build comprehensive observability, logging, metrics, and tracing infrastructure • Identify and automate repetitive manual work that burdens operational staff • Establish organizational standards and expectations for reliability • Design and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and incident response processes • Create feedback loops from incidents to systemic improvements • Support CI/CD pipelines that enable safe, frequent deployments • Develop operational tooling (dashboards, alerts, automation) • Reduce friction in how engineers interact with infrastructure and deploy code • Scale infrastructure responsibly as the organization grows • Optimize platform reliability, performance, and cost through capacity planning, workload tuning, and architectural tradeoffs • Own the technical strategy and roadmap for infrastructure, reliability, and operational posture • Mentor engineers across the organization on operational thinking and reliability engineering • Lead architecture reviews and establish technical standards • Build organizational practices and knowledge that outlast any single engineer

• Create meaningful impact by deeply understanding what our customers need and translating that into better experiences • Lead projects through the full design lifecycle: partner with PMs and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, test assumptions, ship, and measure • Balance near-term constraints with long-term vision, defining what we build now and setting up what comes next • Own problems wherever they lead, even when that takes you outside traditional design boundaries • Move between strategic design work and hands-on execution. This role requires both, often in the same week • Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners, executives, and stakeholders at every level • Help build a culture of creative expression, experimentation, and craft • Investigate implementation realities: understand constraints, costs, and technical opportunities before locking in direction • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows, explore concepts, and improve team productivity • Identify and introduce tools or processes that solve real day-to-day problems

• Own and manage post-sale implementation programs, ensuring successful delivery and customer outcomes • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including time-to-value, implementation success rate, adoption metrics, and defect rates • Define, implement, and continuously improve post-sale program management processes, workflows, and playbooks. • Drive automation, process standardization, and operational improvements across post-sale programs • Ensure comprehensive QA and testing processes for customer-facing deliverables • Manage complex programs and multiple customer projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and resources • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and customer escalations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation objectives with customer success and product strategy • Manage and coach a team of Project Management staff to ensure successful and timely delivery

• Drive success for existing partners by identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen the partnership • Maintain or increase partner renewal rates by delivering exceptional support, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring partners achieve their business goals • Expand revenue opportunities through strategic service expansion • Influence future customer lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction • Drive new business growth by fostering greater advocacy and referenceability • Manage partner success activities including onboarding, ongoing maintenance & monitoring, training, professional services, customer support, renewals, expansion, advocacy, GTM initiatives
