Program and Training Coordinator

• Lead and manage the onboarding process for new clinical and engagement staff, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization • Coordinate and schedule trainings with subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring that educational programs are aligned with clinical and operational needs • Develop and implement training materials, guides, and resources to support staff education and professional development • Ensure compliance with clinical training standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices • Track and monitor staff training progress, identifying gaps and areas for improvement • Facilitate orientation sessions and hands-on clinical training to support new hires in their roles • Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to continuously improve training programs based on feedback and industry trends • Maintain accurate training documentation and records, ensuring all staff meet necessary training and certification requirements • Provide support and mentorship to new hires and existing staff, reinforcing key learning objectives and protocols • Stay updated on clinical best practices, healthcare regulations, and training methodologies to enhance program effectiveness

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical training, onboarding, or nursing education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or a related field (master’s preferred)
  • Strong ability to coordinate training programs and collaborate with subject matter experts
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure smooth training execution
  • Experience developing training materials, curriculum, and competency assessments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with new hires, trainers, and leadership teams
  • Ability to track and analyze training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation tools
  • Passion for staff development, mentorship, and fostering a strong learning culture
