Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in hands-on Sales Training, Enablement, or Learning & Development in SaaS or tech - Must.
  • Strong understanding of SMB inbound sales, in the US market - Must.
  • Proven track record, building onboarding and continuous learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to measure impact.
  • Hands-on experience in measuring AE/SDRs performance and training effectiveness.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Past experience (+1 year) in CSM / SDR / Sales AE / Sales analyst - Major advantage.
  • Experience in food tech, marketplace, or SMB SaaS.
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and with one of the leading LMS / training platforms- Must.
  • Highly versed with sales tech stack (reporting tools, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  • Willingness to work East coast US hours.
